Welcome back! On this weeks podcast episode I share with you two experiences I have had that I always come back to when I think about what kind of healing space I want to create for women. We are so busy living our daily lives that often times we can forget we are souls in a body having a human experience. And you may be thinking, ok but what does that mean or why does that matter? It matters to still be seen on that soul level, without all the classifications of who you are suppose to be and what you are suppose to be doing. In that safe space of truly being able to be seen we can heal exponentially in a short period of time and we can recharge to find ourselves again. My mission is to continue to expand experiences in such a way that incorporates this for you. Click to get on the email list (special offers and discounts only found there)! Welcome back, on this episode I share some personal life experience with you. I dive into my last romantic relationship ending and what I learned through the process. What actions I took to help guide me through the heartache and healing. I wanted to bring this episode to you for a few reasons. I remember when it first happened someone saying "well you have all the tools to heal from this." Speaking in context of the self healing work I've done over the years and my tools I have learned on that journey. Yes, I have all the "tools" but breaking up still sucks and it still hurts. Also, I intentionally healed after this relationship ending which means I took different steps than I have ever taken before after a break up. I hope this episode can offer hope to someone else out there who may be on the brink of a relationship ending or currently in the grief shit storm. I don't really do new year's resolutions, but I do like to let a word choose me to focus on for the next year. In 2020 my word was "surrender", which seems quite fitting for what that year held for all of us. As I sat and asked the Universe for guidance into 2021 my words came to me...Radical Self Love. At the time I knew it was perfect and I was ready for that journey, but I had no idea what exactly the Universe had planned for me. We are almost 1/2 through the year and I have experienced many shifts, challenges, opportunities within these words. I would like to share some of my journey with you and would love to hear what you have been learning this year for yourself. There has been a spotlight on the fact that so many women are reported period changes lately. The changes have been around getting the "jab" for the current virus that is happening all over the world (sorry trying to make sure I this message isn't censored so having to use some different words). Some women have gotten the "jab" and noticed changes in their periods, while other women who haven't gotten the "jab" have also been noticing some crazy period changes. I don't have the full answers to why this is happening, the reality is this new technology "jab" is still too new and we just don't know. It is still being researched. What I do know and what this episode offers you is how to decode those period messages and how to support your body to heal and get back on track. This is so so so important so please share this episode with your friends so they are aware of how they can help support themselves.
