In this episode of The Dr. Ginny Show Podcast, “What Makes AI Transformations Fail Even with Great Technology with Sridhar Ravilla,” Dr. Ginny sits down with transformation leader Sridhar (Sid) Ravilla to unpack a quieter but more consequential truth behind AI-era change: technology accelerates progress, but leadership judgment determines whether progress holds.Rather than focusing on tools, platforms, or implementation frameworks, the conversation turns toward the human side of transformation: how decisions are made, how clarity is maintained under pressure, and why organizations often underestimate the leadership capacity required to match the speed of modern systems. What emerges is a grounded, timely perspective for leaders navigating complexity at scale.Listen to this episode to:Understand why even well-funded, well-designed AI transformations lose momentum at the leadership levelRecognize the subtle ways decision-making slows as organizational complexity increasesReframe how leadership judgment, not technology adoption, becomes the true driver of transformation successThis episode is especially relevant for executives, transformation leaders, and decision-makers navigating AI adoption, digital modernization, and enterprise-scale change. It offers a sharper lens on what actually drives sustainable execution in high-speed environments where clarity is often the first casualty.Rather than more noise about AI capability, this conversation brings attention back to something more foundational: how leaders think, decide, and stay accountable when systems scale faster than human judgment.About Our Distinguished Guest: Sridhar (Sid) Ravilla is the author of Transformation That Lands and brings over 25 years of experience leading large-scale technology and transformation initiatives across global organizations. His work focuses on decision ownership, governance at scale, and why transformation efforts often break down when leadership judgment becomes diffused across systems, teams, and processes. He is currently engaged in fractional executive roles supporting organizations through complex change and AI-driven transformation.

There's a particular kind of exhaustion many leaders and high performers quietly normalize over time. Not because they lack resilience or work ethic, but because constant urgency, nonstop communication, increasing expectations, and blurred boundaries slowly become part of the work culture itself. In this episode of The Dr. Ginny Show, Dr. Ginny Baro sits down with Amy Pierre-Russo, Certified Life & Leadership Coach and former HR leader, for an honest conversation about the leadership habits quietly shaping employee experience, workplace culture, and the way teams experience work today. As organizations continue navigating AI disruption, leaner structures, caregiving responsibilities, economic uncertainty, and rising demands, many employees and leaders are carrying far more than most workplaces fully recognize. From this conversation, you will gain insight into:What happens when constant availability becomes normalizedWhy support systems matter more than we give it credit How intentional leadership can positively influence workplace culture over timeIf you are leading teams, navigating organizational change, supporting employees through demanding seasons, or trying to create healthier and more sustainable leadership rhythms, this conversation will likely feel very familiar.About Our Distinguised Guest: Amy Pierre-Russo is a Certified Life & Leadership Coach who helps women move from hustle to harmony by creating work-life rhythms that feel aligned, sustainable, and fulfilling. Her passion for this work grew from years in Human Resources, where she saw how often professionals, especially moms, were stretched thin trying to “do it all.”

“When I first walked into the FA, I felt completely out of place - like an alien at someone else's party. The culture was so unfamiliar that I doubted whether I belonged at all. But by finding allies and quietly building a team who believed in change, I realised I could make an impact.”Baroness Sue Campbell is one of the most influential leaders in British sport, a woman whose entire career has been driven by a single mission: to use sport to change lives. Recorded live at the Leaders in Sport 2025 Summit, this conversation revisits her extraordinary impact at the FA, her pivotal role in the Lionesses' Euro 2022 triumph and her new chapter chairing England Netball. She talks openly about resilience rooted in moral purpose and the power of authentic leadership. We explore how staying focused on her mission, and not personal ego, has carried her through moments of doubt, sexism and deep personal challenge.Sue speaks movingly about the Lionesses' journey, working with Sarina Wiegman and the unforgettable night at Wembley when years of pressure and self-doubt melted into joy. But she also warns of the current “illusion” of success in women's sport, urging urgent investment in the ‘missing middle' - the semi-professional pathways that must be strengthened if young women are truly to build sustainable careers in sport. Now leading England Netball, Sue shares her passion for growing the sport's profile and protecting the unique culture that makes women's sport so special - community, safety, authenticity and connection. Her message for future leaders is clear and compelling: stay authentic, find your purpose, learn relentlessly and never underestimate the power of one determined individual to change the world.Thank you to Sport England who support The Game Changers Podcast with a National Lottery award.Find out more about The Game Changers podcast here: https://www.fearlesswomen.co.uk/thegamechangersHosted by Sue AnstissProduced by Sam Walker, What Goes On MediaA Fearless Women production

“We're at an inflection point - fans, sponsors and the next generation are demanding better. Sport has to decide what future it wants.”On today's must listen episode of The Game Changers podcast, pioneering human rights lawyer and Athlead CEO Kat Craig explores how sport can change the world, yet why it too often simply replicates its worst injustices. Kat offers a compelling blueprint from a world-leading voice: how to move from statements to structure and build safer, fairer sport for everyone.Driven by what she calls an “allergic reaction to injustice”, Kat charts her path from frontline human rights legal work to a decade inside the sports system, and explains why she founded AthLead, to turn athlete voice, sport-for-good strategy and rights-based governance into meaningful, lasting culture change.Kat doesn't shy away from hard truths. Sport's centralised power and insularity, she argues, create blind spots that silence those most harmed by discrimination and abuse. We also dive into athlete activism in a polarised era where authenticity matters more than ever, and why better gender balance has the potential to transform sport at every level.Thank you to Sport England who support The Game Changers Podcast with a National Lottery award.Find out more about The Game Changers podcast here: https://www.fearlesswomen.co.uk/thegamechangersHosted by Sue AnstissProduced by Sam Walker, What Goes On MediaA Fearless Women production
