Did you know that 95% of children with ADHD may be missing one critical nutrient that affects mood, sleep, sensory processing, and picky eating? Dana also breaks down simple ways to check for zinc deficiency, including an easy at-home taste test, and shares the best food sources and supplements to restore zinc balance. Plus, she explains the zinc-copper connection, why high copper levels can lead to more meltdowns, and how to test your child's zinc levels accurately. That is the Question of most of us…Many people think that their kids will later care for them when they are old.And then they want children. My Grandmother would say: “ It is easier for a father to care for 5 kids than 5 kids care for a father”Because later your children have a family and have to work hard to sustain them … And you are just a burden or somebody who will give them money and support them... And your kids hope to get a big heritage from you… If you love to be together with kids, then get own children…What is if you are an Omega? An Omega is driven from his missions, hobbies or work and his family is not important to him…. Even Omegas loves sex and for some time love their spouse, afterward, his mission is again his first priority. A. Robbins says our Spouse should be priority Number 1, our kid's Number 2 and then the profession… Most women identify intentionally the Omegas… and they want only a short adventure and that is good so…. What is if you are a female?Women have the privilege to create new lives and even don't need a man. Because they can go to a sperm bank… Women can only create kids until their menopause. The female nature is programmed to create kids. If she doesn't do so she will suffer later. What is if you are a male? Our Fantasias are creating always these fancy dreams to be married to our dream partner and have kids with her… Recently I picked up a taxi with an Indian driver in Kuala Lumpur. I asked him how many kids he has… And he told me that his wife and he doesn't have kids. Because he doesn't want always to think about money, and a family has never enough… When a father is working hard for his family and he loves his kids…. His spouse is blackmailing him with the kids and in a difficult situation, she is playing out the kids against him… That is so normal… What happens after a separation with kids…? Don't tell me that this will never happen…Men are more flexibleMales can choose to have kids with a young female even in their old age. Jim Rogers (one of the most successful hedge-fund manager) thought that he will never have kids because that is stupid. And today, at his age he decided that it is awesome to have two daughters … My Video: Children or no Children? https://youtu.be/M8GDWsLFrxoMy Audio: https://divinesuccess.net/wp-content/uploads/2021/Podcast.B/Children-or-no-Children.mp3
1.) Nearly everybody wants to be an Alpha…The famous leaders are mostly Alphas and some are Omegas. An Alpha is confident and can have a charisma. Is doing his own thing and have complete confidence in what he is doing. An Alpha is a person that needs to have a group where he is the leader. An Alpha Male MUST absolutely be perceived by his peers as the toughest, most popular, and smartest. If we compare that with an Omega:An Omega Male cares little for his recognition...but knows that he is all those things and more. Alphas are the most attractive man for women. An Alpha is always afraid of an Omega, because the Omega is the true expert, and the Alpha looks like a fool when he is competing with an Omega. 2.) The Betas are rather more the normal beings. They are introvert, have less confidence in what they are doing. They are afraid of what other people think about them.Still, they can lead people, even they prefer to have a great leader. For women, they are not so attractive. 3.) The Omegas are the opposite of the Alphas. The great Inventors, Experts, Artists, Adventures, Heroes and Saints have been all Omegas. Omegas do not care for leadership because they are perfectly capable of leading themselves. For instance, Abraham Lincoln, Mahatma Gandhi and Nelson Mandala had been Omegas. Omegas are confident in what they are doing and it is a must to master their skills and knowledge. The Omegas don't like to compete with anybody, they like to be alone, they don't belong to any cliques, they are independent, they have a charisma, and they prefer to accomplish things on their own without the help of a group. You can't force or blackmail any Omega. The females like to have a short adventure with the Omegas and are afraid to be in a long relationship with an Omega… 4.) A Gamma is somehow an “invisible” guy. There is nothing spectacular about them. They are a part of a group and people like them. Still, they can lead a group.Girls are attracted to Gammas because they are simple and good providers. What do you think you are? What do you think the Author of this article is? Welcome back to our weekend Cabral HouseCall shows! This is where we answer our community's wellness, weight loss, and anti-aging questions to help people get back on track! Check out today's questions: Daniel: Hi there Dr Cabral, first of all want to say I've followed you now for close to 5 years. The impact you've had on mine and my famly's life is immeasurable. I am certain we will all lead a longer and healthier life due to you. Thank u. Ok so, I suffer from psoriasis and have now done the CBO protocol 4x's.I have done it because every summer I tend to eat more cheat meals on vacation and drink more alcoholic beverages which gets me flared back up. After each protocol my results are amazing. This time, though I'd like to really stay committed and realign myself when I get off track. I take gluten dairy Support for cheat meals and 2 probiotics a day. What else would you suggest I do when I have a couple of really bad weeks and start to flare up? Citricidal drop/florafilm/intestinal cleanse? Ty Anonymous: HI Dr Cabral, I've recently that long term cannabis use causes pre-mature aging of the brain. What can you advise someone do to best heal and recover from such long term use? Also, what are your thoughts on DMSO with regards to this particular modality? Ive heard of stroke patients recovering from using it, so curious what effects it may have. Thanks Paul: Hi Dr. Cabral, I appreciate you and all that you share. I've had gut issues for some time and I'm starting the CBO protocol soon after trying so many things. One thing I can't figure out is there seems to be a link between having tension in my lower left abdomen (near pelvic bone and feels like a muscle that I can massage) and experiencing gut issues like feeling bloated. I never feel this in my right abdomen. It doesn't hurt but I can feel it (sometimes smooth and sometimes like bigger balls). What could this be? Thank you! Jeff: I have purchased the CBO protocol and all the supplements just not sure about adding vegetable starch to my meals. do I want to get vegetable starch powder? Or just cut up the vegetables that provide starch? if you could please get back to me that would be greatly appreciated Sandra: I'm on my second week of detox. I'm having a tough time trying to sleep at any suggestion. I've tried everything that I can think of. Appreciate your time and wonderfulness. Lindsay: Hi Dr Cabral. I'm thinking of taking TruNiagen's NAD. Is there anything bad about takin NAD? also what is your opinion of Fatty15. I currently take Omegas for my dry eye disease and was thinking about switching to Fatty 15. Episode 230 of my Curate Your Health Podcast is out! Link below. Udo Erasmus is here to talk about healthy oils. He describes our bodies as a major construction site. Some people say 98% of the time, the atoms in our bodies turn over and are removed and replaced every year. Our bodies need essential nutrients to be healthy. If you are not getting enough, your health will deteriorate, but you can reverse this. You need to be conscious of what you are bringing into your body. He became very interested in learning about how oils are made and discovered that the processing of oils was damaging the nutrients. He discusses how Omega 3 and Omega 6 are both essential to your body, but if you are getting one more than the other, it can be damaging, and you need a better ratio. If you have the right nutrients, your energy and skin will be better. He created oils with health in mind and with the right ratio of Omegas. The legendary Udo Erasmus is the co-founder of Udo's Choice line, which can be found in Whole Foods and other health food stores worldwide. Udo designed the machinery for making oils with health in mind and pioneered flax oil, a billion dollar industry. However, Udo walked a difficult path to become the man he is today. Being a child of war, Udo's life began with intense struggle. As an adult, he got pesticide poisoning in 1980, leaving doctors at a loss regarding treatment. Deciding to take his health into his own hands, Udo began researching, and his discoveries led him to a passion for finding the answers to life's big questions which would hopefully one day bring him and the world peace. Today, Udo is an acclaimed speaker and author of many books, including the best-selling Fats That Heal Fats That Kill, which has sold over 250,000 copies. He teaches at events hosted by Tony Robbins and Deepak Chopra, has keynoted an international brain health conference, and has traveled to over 30 countries to conduct thousands of live presentations, media interviews, and staff trainings impacting more than 25,000,000 lives with his message on oils, health, peace, nature, and human nature. Udo has an extensive education in biochemistry, genetics, biology, and nutrition, including a master's degree in counseling psychology. I'm your host, Kellie Lupsha, a high-performance health coach, who is delighted to be your guide to vitality. In this episode, let's kick off the new year by exploring the critical role of omegas in achieving and maintaining optimal health. Join me and Dr. Heidi as we unravel the mysteries surrounding supplementation, specifically focusing on the importance of omegas for various aspects of well-being. Key Highlights: The need for balance in omega intake and how supplementation becomes a practical solution to ensure this balance. Discussion on the challenges of obtaining specific omegas from food alone and the benefits of incorporating supplements into one's routine. Insights into the different categories of omegas and how they work in synchronicity, affecting various pathways in the body. Discussion of Omega 3s, 6s, 9s, and 7s, highlighting their specific contributions to overall health. Practical tips on obtaining different omegas from food sources, including fish, chia seeds, olive oil, and various nuts. The critical role of omegas in supporting brain health, particularly in aging women. The impact of omegas on hormonal shifts, inflammation control, and overall well-being. Key Takeaway: There are certain things that are just harder to get in our diet and to guarantee that we're eating well enough and consistently enough to replete our body with those good nutrients. And so this is where supplementation comes in handy. And I think omegas kind of fall into that. - Dr. Heidi Iratcabal Grab my Signature program: Surviving to Thriving in just 6 Weeks: A proven system for women who want to ditch the struggle, overwhelm and quick fixes and confidently take control of their health & wellbeing to experience everyday feeling fabulous.

Chomp! This week, V and Emily get deep into them guts of the omegaverse to take a long, hard look at where it came from, why it spread so quickly throughout fandom-at-large, and how it's been adapted differently in Western versus Eastern fandoms. With Emily as a noted omegaverse Li'l Hater and V as a noted Buzzfeed-approved omegaverse aficionado, all perspectives are represented (from Alpha to omega, one might say) on this heated journey. Do you omegaverse? What was the first fandom where you encountered it?
Changes I foresee: Omegas – geeks, nerds, dweebs, trolls, dregs, dullards, bums, street filth – will finally have a satisfying release for their pent-up horniness. Crime will likely drop as a result. So will rayp. Widely available sexbots are analogous to cheap, legal prostitution... Sexbots could also be compassionate. Giving a homeless guy a sexbot will do more for his happiness than $5 for liquor or a sympathetic smile from a cute soup kitchen volunteer. Betas – Niceguys with a heart of gold and zero sex appeal - the more frustrated betas will retreat from the dating scene to be with their sexbots, dissuading them from learning the art of seduction. Aspiring Alphas – after sexbots, aspiring alphas will be more in demand than ever. It's a simple numbers game. Alphas – guys who won't have to martyr themselves for 72 virgins, will reap a tremendous beaver bounty. Ugly Women – drop out entirely. Plain Women – put out on first dates. Beautiful Women – choose harem initiation with a super alpha. Marriage – Either will take a bodyblow from which it will never recover, or paradoxically divorce will decrease as husbands inclined to stray fulfill their cravings for variety with non-human mistresses... the price of alphas on the market will skyrocket. They will call the shots... regression to sanctioned polygamy and overt adultery. This will herald the end of Western civilization. Love – The virus in the borg. Love may save the day. Conclusion – The entire market structure of dating will shift seismically in the direction of men becoming choosier. Basic premise -- the more physically satisfying choices men have to sate their lust, the less needy they will be with women. --> downgrade in the asking price of single women. Because women are more loathe to SETTLE than men, there will be a rush to the top... Polygamy will rush in to fill the need.

Beauty Baddies, today's episode is all about one of my absolute favorite topics. I love vitamins and supplements, along with nutrition, they are the unsung heroes of the beauty industry. This is a multi-part episode and today we are taking a deeper dive into the science behind supplementation and nutrition, honing in on The Essential Nutrients, specifically alpha-Linolenic (LNA) aka omega-3 and Linolenic Acid, (LA) aka omega-6 collectively known as the essential fatty acids. Because food is the only medicine that the average healthy individual requires on a daily basis, we are going to take a look at some of the research on the direct effects of the consumption of supplementation of various nutrients and their benefits to our skin through this series on vitamins and supplements. Have you ever felt discouraged and exhausted while striving to improve yourself? If so, you're not alone. In this episode, I discuss the importance of REST in the process of changing bad thinking habits. It's uber important to take a break and rest to allow your mind to go fallow, rejuvenate, and gain perspective. Resting can help you reflect on your progress and celebrate your successes. I'll touch on the biblical precedent for resting, such as the Sabbath Rest and Jesus' teaching on finding rest in him. So, if you're feeling a bit exhausted during this transformative process of Living Your Best Thought Life and putting into play those 7 R's, this episode is for you! *SPECIAL MENTION: Vegan Whole Food Multivitamin with Iron, Daily Multivitamin for Women and Men, Organic Fruits & Vegetables, B-Complex, Probiotics, Enzymes, CoQ10, Omegas, Turmeric, All Natural, Non-GMO, 180 Count https://amzn.to/3Bf6naO CONNECT WITH VICTORIA: EMAIL choose2think@gmail.com WEBSITE www.choose2think.co MENTORING www.choose2think.co/coaching.html YOUTUBE www.youtube.com/channel/UCz8Z2B9TtXvWn0RKelVY5DQ FACEBOOK www.facebook.com/groups/choose2think INSTAGRAM www.instagram.com/victoriadwalkerlydon/ *CHOOSE 2 THINK DEVOTIONAL https://amzn.to/3Hcl7v1 Get your FREE 7 Rs by investing in the devo! *CHOOSE 2 THINK JOURNAL https://amzn.to/3WvinND SPECIAL MENTION: ULTIMATE GRATITUDE GUIDE: https://mailchi.mp/212e3731644c/ultimategratitudeguide *When you click on these Amazon affiliate links, I may earn a teeny commission from qualifying purchases at no extra cost to you.
