And the expectation is that it could have a big negative impact on people who were retired very early and living on the 4% rule. Hi guys So this would be a 10 minute ab workout. So 10 exercises, each exercise for 30 seconds with 20 seconds in between. It's definitely manageable. Today's workout is going to be intense, you're going to feel the best burn in the belly area. Let's work it for the sexy appliance and slim waist. First exercise is at wing flap. Exercise back flat on the ground contour act to lift your shoulder blades off the floor, curling up towards your knees, pulse your arms up and down by your side. Hi guys today we're gonna do a 15 minute deep stretch class. So if you're short on time, this is a great class to get right into the body. And we're actually just going to start in a seated position. So find a tall spine, roll the shoulders down away from the ears, take three deep breaths. Last inhale.Exhale. Inhale, arms up overhead. Exhale, come off to the right, right hand right elbow to the mat, and reach up and across with the left arm engaged. Down at the hand or up toward the sky. Exhale. Inhale back to center. And exhale, switch sides. Left hand left elbow. Hi everyone today we're going to do sort of higher intensity polarities class. So it's definitely still going to have the polarity elements, but we're going to make it a little bit more of a workout, just get their heart rate up a little bit more, it's not going to be high impact, no jumping around, just a little bit more intense than the map based routine. So let's just get started. So we're going to start off with some roll downs, walk outs into planks, just to get nice and warm. So come to the back of the map. Standing nice and tall legs and in through the spine crown to the head up to the feet, we're going to start to roll down vertebrae by vertebrae over the legs. Walking into a plank position, feel these hamstrings firing up nice and strong in that plank, through the tummy. Walk it back in Soften the knees as much as you need to and then just slowly build it up. And we go again about five of these just yet nice warm up and over the legs, walk it out.
