Send me a DM here (it doesn't let me respond), OR email me: imagineabetterworld2020@gmail.comToday I'm honored to have back on the show for a special joint episode: Humanitarians, warriors of injustice, systemic child abuse whistleblowers and survivor advocates, podcast regulars, my dear friends, and heroes to humanity: Dr. Juliette Engel and Kevin AnnettAs many of you know by now, Juliette and Kevin stand as towering figures in the fight for justice and healing for survivors of systemic abuse, their lives interwoven by a shared mission to expose hidden atrocities and empower those silenced by trauma. Both have faced personal and professional trials, transforming their own experiences of adversity into powerful platforms for advocacy. Through their courage, compassion, and unrelenting dedication, they have become beacons of hope, challenging institutional corruption and amplifying the voices of survivors worldwide.A little recap about our guests and their overlapping missions that we will be discussing more about today: While Juliette and Kevin's paths differ - Juliette's rooted in personal survival of mind control and trafficking, Kevin's in uncovering institutional genocide - their advocacy converges in a shared commitment to exposing systemic abuse and empowering survivors. Both have confronted powerful institutions, from intelligence agencies to churches and governments, revealing how these entities perpetuate cycles of child and human exploitation. Juliette's hands-on rescue efforts in Russia complement Kevin's legal and public advocacy in Canada, each tackling different facets of the same global issue: the trafficking and abuse of vulnerable populations under the guise of institutional authority. Their work is unified by a compassionate approach to survivors. Juliette's Angel Coalition provided tangible escape routes, offering safety and repatriation, while Kevin's tribunals and writings amplify survivors' stories, fostering healing through truth-telling. Both recognize the multi-generational nature of trauma - Juliette tracing her family's involvement in intelligence operations, Kevin's exposing the historical roots of colonial abuse. Their courage in facing personal danger, from Juliettes's brushes with Russian mafia to Kevin's ostracism, underscores their shared belief that silence enables abuse. Their personal sacrifices fuel a unified mission: dismantling oppression and fostering healing. Through books, tribunals, and grassroots efforts, they inspire hope, urging communities to protect the vulnerable and demand justice.CONNECT WITH JULIETTE: Website: https://julietteengel.com/CONNECT WITH KEVIN: Email: angelfire101@protonmail.comPhone: 289-680-8724 Websites: -Republic of Kanata: https://republicofkanata.org/-Radio Free Kanata: https://bbsradio.com/radiofreekanata-'Murder by Decree' & other books published by Kevin: https://murderbydecree.com/#books -'Unrepentant' Documentary: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Czej73SfYJcCONNECT WITH THE IMAGINATION:EMAIL: imagineabetterworld2020@gmail.comMy Substack: https://emmakatherine.substack.com/BUY ME A COFFEE: https://www.buymeacoffee.com/theimaginationAll links: https://direct.me/theimaginationpodcastRIFE TECHNOLOGIES: https://realrifetechnology.Support the show

“What we decide to put in our mouth each day, what time we decide to go to sleep, who we choose to engage with, how much movement we get, how we manage our stressors, those choices that we make each day that seem really simple, those have the biggest impact on our brain health as we age." - Dr. Heather Sandison When my son Grant suffered his traumatic brain injury, I learned firsthand how devastating cognitive decline can be for an entire family. That's why I was so excited to sit down with Dr. Heather Sandison, a pioneering naturopathic doctor who's literally rewriting the story around Alzheimer's and dementia. While most memory care centers are one-way doors, Heather runs what she calls a "memory recovery program" where the goal is for people to return home—and they're doing it! Through her groundbreaking work applying Dr. Dale Bredesen's protocols, she's seeing 74% of her patients with cognitive impairment actually improve. Her approach to preventing Alzheimer's in midlife women focuses on hope, action, and evidence-based strategies that work. Whether you're carrying APOE4 genes, worried about your family history, or simply want to protect your brain as you age, this conversation is packed with hope and actionable strategies for preventing Alzheimer's in midlife women. From the power of ketogenic nutrition and sleep optimization to addressing hidden infections and hormonal signaling, Heather breaks down the six pillars of brain health that every woman over 40 needs to understand. This isn't about accepting decline—it's about taking control of your cognitive destiny. The six key components of brain health and how to optimize each one for preventing alzheimer's in midlife women Why APOE genetic testing is crucial for women over 40 and how to act on your results How sleep apnea (even in thin women who don't snore) devastates brain health and simple at-home testing options The specific ketogenic approach that helps patients remember their grandchildren's names within 72 hours Hidden infections in your mouth and body that trigger brain inflammation and cognitive decline Why caregivers have 2-6 times higher risk of developing Alzheimer's and how to protect yourself The surprising connection between hormones, exercise, and building new brain connections after menopause Simple lifestyle interventions that work better than any pharmaceutical for preventing cognitive decline Love the Podcast? I've shared so much over the years about my boys' healing journeys. About the years of struggle, battling every symptom that made us feel like something was wrong but no one could give us answers. The unhealthy poops, the rashes, the constant restless sleep, the allergies, the speech delays, the meltdowns and behavioral struggles that left us questioning everything. And how, through it all, rebalancing their guts didn't just completely heal their bodies... It changed our entire lives. It changed me as a mother, and as a woman. But one part of the story I haven't told enough… is my husband Ty's.When we first started rebalancing our family, it wasn't just about the kids. Ty was quietly carrying decades of symptoms that, at the time, felt totally normal. He grew up as a competitive swimmer which meant constant chlorine exposure, chronic ear infections and round after round of antibiotics, year after year. Then came the teenage acne, the Accutane, the antidepressants, and the sleeping medications. The list just kept growing. It wasn't until we adopted a microbiome lifestyle (the one that healed out boys)  that everything finally started to make sense for Ty. The decade of addiction, anxiety, depression, the constant food cravings, and the feeling that he was never fully present in his own body… it all traced back to the same root. Gut health touches every single part of who we are. This week, Ty is joining me on the podcast for a raw, vulnerable conversation about his journey. We're diving deep into his past, and how for the first time in his life, he's living medication-free and thriving. If you've ever wondered how your childhood exposures, gut health, or even your own microbiome might be influencing your mental health, your cravings, your hormones, or your child's health… this episode is for you.Coming from a man who was very skeptical in the beginning, someone who questioned whether any of this could really heal our boys, let alone change his own life, his story is living proof that it absolutely can. P.S. This might be THE episode to sit down and listen to with your partner, especially if they are on the fence about all of this microbiome talk.

This sweeping episode tackles two of America's most explosive stories. First, the host dissects the bizarre unraveling of the Epstein client list saga: after years of claims that damning names were ready for release, Trump allies like Pam Bondi, Kash Patel, and Dan Bongino now insist no such list exists—despite mountains of evidence, victim testimony, and Epstein's ties to elite figures including a sitting CIA director. Listeners weigh in with theories of cover-ups, deep state obstruction, and deliberate deception. Next, the focus shifts to an unexpected Hollywood success story: F1: The Movie. Free of forced diversity quotas and woke messaging, the Brad Pitt-led blockbuster proves audiences still crave old-fashioned storytelling and patriotic themes. But optimism about entertainment collides with economic alarm as Trump's record-shattering spending bill passes, promising immigration enforcement and growth—while risking $60 trillion in debt. The host warns that the entire plan hinges on achieving 3% economic growth, an outcome that history shows is anything but certain. A provocative exploration of political distrust, cultural appetite for authenticity, and the looming fiscal cliff that could define America's future.

In this special bonus episode we're headed to Oregon with the our friends the hosts of the Hidden Trails of Oregon Podcast.“It's part action movie, part rock show blurring into the superbowl. It feels modern, but bull riding itself goes back to the bronze age. And that's true for rodeo contests in general: bull riding, barrel racing or wild cow milking, they're all based on tradition, and in keeping those traditions alive.‘Let ‘Er Buck' makes a lot of sense from the back of a bull. But as we find out, it's much more than a rodeo shout: it's a way of life.”We're leaping headfirst into the rodeo to end all rodeos, the 115 year-old Pendleton Roundup! In this episode, host Aaron Millar tests his mettle on a massive mechanical hog, before climbing into the stands for a (literally) explosive ‘Xtreme Bulls' finale. We'll lean over the bucking chutes and get clobbered by dirt flung from bronco hooves. But the roundup isn't all spectacle, it's also about family and tradition. We'll step back in time to learn about the history of the event while sipping whiskey in the notorious ‘Let ‘er Buck' room. Stories of champions, princesses, suicide-racers and steer-wrestlers wait around every corner. We'll meet a generational indigenous horse relay racing team, hand them microphones, and listen in on their insane bare-back bid for victory. And through it all explore the western ties that bring all these groups to rodeo together each September.LET ‘ER BUCK!Remember you can see all of this yourself.
