Last few months I started posting videos and podcast and listening and watching myself and trying to improve myself and doing planks core exercises and running and pull ups and I find I'm getting better every day in terms of confidence and guess more than that and I will keep doing this and I keep telling myself just do what you love and feels right thing to do right now Stay strong stay positive exercise more worry less hardwork
