In my experience I've learned that often, “the truth” of the contents of the discussion is exactly what causes us to feel a way. There are many people who spend their time talking about others simply because they are far more interesting than themselves to discuss. Happy Thanksgiving. Hope all is well with guys. Been working on something's so I needed to step back from recording for a bit. Just wanted to stop in to share a brief message about being cognizant and considerate to our loved ones during the holiday season. Not everyone is able to or in the mood to celebrate as lavishly as others. Let's respect that. May you enjoy this day with your loved ones, whole shedding love and light to those who may not be so fortunate. Happy Holidays
Book that flight. Take that trip. TRAVEL OFTEN! When the opportunity presents itself get away and create new memories. There is so much beauty filled in traveling. You get an opportunity to relax and recharge, to liberate and free your mind. Sometimes you just get a break- and who doesn't need that!?!?! A good trip will put all kinds of things into pHERspective for you. Expand your horizons. Travel often.
Somebody somewhere will try to shut you down or shut you out. All that's cool- don't let them shut you OFF. We all are born special. Some off us illuminate the whole show. Keep shining- disregarding the discomfort your presence brings to those who are likely to be uncomfortable with themselves. Stay on...stay lit!
In Episode 22, Roslyn encourages listeners to ask for help when they need it. We create so many reasons as to why it's better to have a hard time in silence than to speak up and ask for the help that is needed. Often comforting ourselves with “imma figure it out”, we shut out the idea of assistance, ultimately blocking blessings from those who would gladly extend a helping hand. Sometimes it's a simple ‘help me help you' situation. Seek the help you need when necessary. When you have good people around you & the request is made, your people will come through for you. Know who they are & holler at ‘em.

Sometimes the simplest statement may shed awareness and clarity on a situation, bringing its resolution to forefront. Remaining silent is a form of communication. Don't be silenced.
