Thank you all for joining us! Welcome to another amazing episode, growing within even more expansion! As we embark upon it throughout our lives, the inner world still awaits whispering quietly for our response.. So let's ask, #Is your Soul-Full? Have you taken the time to discover what it is that makes you feel so empty inside, when certain aspects or elements of your journey tell you, that you are being fulfilled or should feel like it is..? Of course, I'm asking this question because so many times we seem to fill up all the things that are right in front of us.. Such as our material worlds, the connections we keep to stay relevant, rather personal or in personal, but all the signs Still Point to what we don't visually see and that is.. Our soul, spirit and the mental states that are the hemisphere around that Universal key Point within us. So, when is the last time we have completely went upon the journey to have our souls full? Reading a book or walking over to sit in the park can always help with different instruments, in keeping our Clarity clear, although it'll never reach the amounts of being able to level up the spirit. So I ask it once again, is your Soul-Full? I believe most answers will say, no not really at all. Expiration dates exist for everything in life and that's including for all things in life one day or another. It's time to arise Beyond any new year and within an entirely different perspective of mindset. Elevation starts within the spirit and then, only then, can everything else will blossom fruitfully. Carmie Garzione on Reconstructing Land Elevation Over Geological Time

Geology Bites By Oliver Strimpel

Throughout geological history, various points on the Earth's surface have been lifted up to great elevations and worn down into low, flat-lying regions. Determining surface elevation histories is difficult because rocks that were once on the surface are usually eroded away or buried. Furthermore, most rock-forming processes are not directly affected by elevation. But it turns out that we can overcome these challenges, as Carmie Garzione explains in the podcast. Carmie Garzione is Dean of the College of Science at the University of Arizona. She has managed to pin down the history of elevation changes by analyzing stable isotopes of carbon and oxygen in carbonate rocks. She describes how the method works, and presents her findings for the Tibetan plateau and the Andes. They show pulses of very rapid (geologically speaking) uplift. What might this be telling us about what has been going on in the lower crust and upper mantle in these regions?

Paul Anleitner is the Worship Pastor at the First Evangelical Free Church in Minneapolis, MN and host of the Deep Talks podcast - Exploring Theology and Meaning-Making. Prior to joining the staff at First Free, he enjoyed 15 years of vocational ministry experience in a variety of roles and denominational settings. He has had the privilege over the years of being not only a Worship Pastor in the Assemblies of God, Evangelical Covenant Church, and now the Evangelical Free Church, but has also taught theology and biblical studies courses in Christian high schools, directed parachurch ministries, and recorded & released original music. Paul loves reading theology, exercising and watching or playing basketball. He is married to the girl of his dreams, Keri, and they have 3 kids. In this episode of The Ferment podcast, Paul and our host Adam Russell have an incredibly nuanced conversation about the way symbols and the meaning we ascribe to them create stories that shape our worldview. Coming on the tail of January 6th and the insurrection at the US Capitol Building, Paul and Adam discuss the mixed symbolism of nooses and Confederate flags displayed alongside “Jesus Saves” signs and the way that mirrors the present state of Christianity and politics in our nation. As the layers are peeled back, Paul and Adam dive into spheres of psychology and theology, examining the symbolism within our church buildings and worship songs, and the effect the convergence of culture and subcultures has on shaping the narrative of our nation, our worship experience, and our lives.   Show notes Deep Talks Podcast https://deeptalkstheologypodcast.podbean.com The Ferment Podcast – Paul Anleitner 5.26.19 https://bit.ly/3980Pl6
