Should I Get Bangs? is a weekly podcast about breakdowns &. breakthroughs. Each week very sensitive comedian Giulia Rozzi and a notable guest have a conversation about times that they emotionally cut their bangs, metaphorically (and sometimes literally). Giulia will also share tips on how to stay sane and occasionally check in with a licensed therapist (who also happens to be her sister Elena) for expert insight. Mixing comedy and mental health, this show entertains and empathizes. Reach out at ShouldIGetBangsPod@gmail.com

The Should I Get Bangs? podcast is a delightful and refreshing show that combines comedy with thoughtful discussions about emotions and the human experience. Hosted by Giulia, a new mom, the podcast offers a perspective that resonates with many listeners, providing a sense of camaraderie and support. The guests on the show are cool and interesting, and it's surprising to learn that they also struggle with issues such as confidence, body image, and social anxiety. This serves as a reminder that we never truly know what others are going through and that we're all just trying to get through each day. The sensitive subjects tackled in the podcast are handled with a perfect balance of levity and bravery, making it both smart and entertaining.

One of the best aspects of The Should I Get Bangs? podcast is its ability to have interesting and thoughtful conversations with guests. The comedic take on important topics adds a unique twist to these discussions, making them engaging and enjoyable. For those in recovery or dealing with mental health issues, the framing of these discussions can be incredibly helpful, offering insight and support. Giulia consistently books fantastic guests who contribute to genuine and lovely conversations. Each week brings anticipation for new episodes.

On the downside, some listeners may find that there aren't enough episodes or wish for more frequent releases. Once hooked on this show, it's hard not to crave more content from Giulia and her guests. Additionally, while it's great that Giulia is relatable and brave in discussing anxiety during the COVID-19 era, some listeners might prefer even deeper dives into certain subjects or more diversity in topics covered.

In conclusion, The Should I Get Bangs? podcast is an exceptional blend of comedy, sincerity, and meaningful conversations. Giulia's humor, warmth, and charm make her an excellent host who keeps listeners engaged throughout each episode. The show stands out among other podcasts by providing a healthy and honest space for discussion, particularly around anxiety and mental health.
