It's November. The month we have to be grateful for simply one day. Or is it more than that? Mike talks about living a life that is grateful and thankful every day.
Strive to do what is good for each other. We should live differently. We should act differently.
The end times are coming. Are you ready? Eddie talks about the difference between being surprised and being caught by surprise.
Let's talk about the end of the world. So many have tried to predict it and then the day comes, and well, we are still here. But there is more to it then just knowing the date & time. Mike talks to us about end times but also dealing with grief.
Mike brings up some difficult topics during this message. Can we please God? Is everything permissable because we want to do it? Be challenged. Quiet your hearts to listen for a few minutes and ask yourself the question, Have you ever really asked God to come into every area of your life?
What would Paul write to the church of St. John's? Would we be unshaken by the events and situations around us or would be steadfast in our faith?

Mike begins a new series in the book of 1 Thessalonians called, Unshaken. Paul writes to the church on the foundations of how to act, teach, imitate & model the teaching of Jesus Christ.
Have you lost your first love? If someone was to look at the overview of your life, what would be in that top priority spot? The goal is to not drift from your first love.
Jesus does not promise to make our lives perfect and without pain. There is no guarantee for no pain or suffering. His wounds bring healing to our lives. Jesus meets us in our suffering.
Eddie brings to light how to avoid constantly comparing our lives to someone else's and ways to focus on more helpful thought patterns. This is the final commandment and concludes our summer sermon series.
Pastor Mike brings truth about the lies we tell and what that means in our faith journey.
Is it as simple as saying, "don't steal"? Or is this commandment more than that? Bill takes us into why God says don't steal. Stay tuned for a special song that goes along with our message today.

Jack shares about how much we impact the people around us- positive or negative. What kind of person do you want to be? God is ready to do a mighty work in you.
It's all about perspective. We often look for God in the monumental but He wants to meet us in the mundane.
Eddie talks about the pressures of life and how we handle, or not handle them. Who is ultimately in charge? And what steps can you take to relieve that pressure or stress in your life?
Time. It's the one thing we cannot make more of. We get 24 hours each day. What will you do with your time today?
Content. Finding contentment takes work. Contentment- the "Theology of Stuff"- Enjoy it, don't focus on it.-Use it, don't hide it.-Share it, don't compare it.
Trust is a superpower! And trust goes hand-in-hand with patience. Sharon brings examples of super heroes in the Bible and in today's world as we learn to trust God's timing, plan and purpose.
Mike Bill continues the sermon series, Finding My Way. Today's message gives some practical tips on how to effectively begin or to begin again.
We all have priorities. It is just how we plan them out or not plan them.
Mike talks to us today about change. We all know how much change has happened over just the last year. And one thing we can count on is that more change is coming. But how we walk through change and be intentional to find the joy, not happiness, determines how we handle new and difficult things.
Peter. He denied Jesus three times. Jesus knew this would happen. And He still said "Follow me". Failure happens but what we do with it matters. And then we move on. Eddie walks us through God's word and discusses "The Rock" that Peter became.
Easter Sunday- what makes this so important? What is it all about, anyway?
Mike asks a question, towards the end of this message, that puts us into the story of Easter. How would you have reacted to the events that led up to the cross? What does this mean for your life today?
Mike takes us back to the Exodus as we look to the events of the cross.
Bill talks to us today about Jesus, the redeemer. The cross of Christ changed everything for the lives of everyone.
Sacrifice is something that can mean so many different things. In the Old Testatment, there were animal sacrifices that could help cover sin. The New Testament shows how Jesus was the ultimate sacrifice. Mike and Bill take some time to discuss what sacrifice means in our daily lives
Whether you have known the story of the cross for 50 years or are just hearing it for the first time today, the message of the cross is that it is a relationship. It is personal. God wants to be in relationship with you. Mike takes us through what salvation means and then he and Eddie have a time of discussion as they apply it to our everyday lives.
Many know the story of the cross of Jesus Christ. Many have not heard why it is the most recognized symbol in the world. This sermon series will discuss the cross, the meanings, the impact it has on our world and on our lives.
We wrap up the Life Together series discussing Love One Another. Mike discusses an important question to ask yourself, 'What does love require of me?'
Serving one another sounds like it is an easy thing to do. God calls us to serve one another. Eddie talks to us today about who is "one another" and how do we serve them.
How do we forgive? Is it only the big things or do we need to focus on those little things that build up? Mike takes us through 3 steps to focus on as we identify who we need to forgive and how to do it.
Encourage One Another- seems like an easy one but real encouragement takes thought, sincerity, honesty and love. God ordained encouragement to be a vital part of life. And the scriptures are FILLED with encouragement.
We are in the second week of this sermon series, Life Together. Mike talks to us about how to honor one another. How do we honor others above ourselves? And why do we need to do that?
Today, we begin a new sermon series, Life Together. Especially over the last couple months, and even weeks, we need to be connected in caring, nurturing & faithfilled relationships. This series will take us through some of the "One another" statements that Jesus gave to us.
Mike walks us through the body of Christ and what that really means. It is not just a ritual that we do at communion time because it's what we have always known. It is so much more than that.
