Welcome to The ADHD Lounge podcast hosted by Katy Weber & Alex Gilbert. Whether you are someone with ADHD or a learning disability, or just curious to learn more, come hang out with us in the lounge! Alex is a mom, a New Yorker, a Mets fan, a yogi and a brunch enthusiast. She also happens to have been diagnosed with dyslexia and ADHD at the age of 8. Alex is the founder of Cape-Able Consulting, a coaching and consulting business that supports adults with learning disabilities and/or ADHD. Katy is an ADHD advocate, coach, mom, author, and founder of Women and ADHD, LLC. She also hosts the popular Women & ADHD podcast. Katy was diagnosed with ADHD at the age of 45 and has now made it her mission to help neurodivergent adults learn to love their brains. In each episode, we dive deep into the world of ADHD, discussing unique challenges, sharing our personal stories, and bringing in experts to help provide support and resources along the way.
