Seeing in others what you also have

A little observation goes a long way

The inescapable choices we make

How to sort through the different options

The responsibility of choosing cannot be avoided

All choices affect you NOW

The way we see what's available

Sometimes living to choose another day is a viable option

Recognize the power to choose is the same for everyone

Empower yourself by your conscious use of choice

You don't have to feel stifled by your life

Despite convention, you decide your life

Looking at past choices leads to future freedom

Seeing the hunger, the need, that you have is vital

Taking power back by playing your part

Recognizing our power to choose

There are real concerns, but you don't have to stay within them

You ALWAYS have a choice. Own up to it.

Does it exist by itself? Does it matter?

Important, but not who you are

Before anything can be done, a true assessment must be made

Stop reacting, start living

Driven by fear is not ideal

Giving and getting respect

It's all a matter of focus

Stop the complacency; take responsibility

Who says what's important in your life?

A loud life doesn't mean a fulfilling life

If it doesn't work, it can't be that effective

Keeping the goal in mind, without obsessing over the how

Feeling joy sparks life into your existence

It is applying what we know that matters

Sometimes, things have to be said again

All things get filtered through our attitudes

The waves can push you around, or you can move yourself

If you like it, then it matches something in your ideals

A noble concept, a forgotten lifestyle

Thinking of the impact upon others

Just because a thing is KNOWN by many, doesn't make it true

Hurt pride and acting petty only end up in more hurt

Hiding in the crowd isn't always the answer

Planting yourself sometimes de-rails your life

Making yourself a target, all for your pride

Micro-managing life only leads to frustration

The only person who needs to approve of you is you

The simple, under-utilized mental remedy

The most sure-fire way to keep what you REALLY want out of reach

The ability to change starts with clarity
