"I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me." Philippians 4:13Imagine an eagle soaring high above the majestic mountains, its wings spread wide as it dances through the clouds. This powerful creature symbolizes the freedom and heights we can achieve when we embrace our potential. Just as the eagle effortlessly rides currents of air, we too can discover new horizons when we let go of self-imposed constraints. Remember, as Tony Robbins said, “Limitations live only in our minds.”  Let me paraphrase Philippians 4:13 in this format, "When my strength runs out, Christ hands me His — enough for the next step and the one after. I move not by my will, but by His wind at my back." In other words, our capabilities are not defined by our circumstances but by our faith. When we reach deep within ourselves and trust in God's promise, we can break free from the limitations we have accepted. Remember, "you don't conquer by confidence in yourself, but by communion with Him. In Christ, every 'impossible' becomes possible." Matthew 19:26 says, "With man this is impossible, but with God all things are possible." Reflect on the story of Moses leading the Israelites out of Egypt. Despite his initial hesitations, he rose to the occasion, guided by God's unwavering purpose. Just as God empowered Moses to achieve the seemingly impossible, He is ready to inspire each of us to step beyond our current boundaries, proving that “with God all things are possible.” Remember, we are not fearless, but we are fortified because Christ turns our trembling into tools and our limits into launchpads. As we think about our own journeys, let's remember that every goal we strive for begins with a single step. Zig Ziglar wisely said, “You don't have to be great to start, but you have to start to be great.” Each small effort you make is a building block toward your larger aspirations, reminding us that God is always with us, encouraging our growth. Amen. Ephesians 3:20 says, "Now to him who is able to do immeasurably more than all we ask or imagine, according to his power that is at work within us." Amen. Prayer for the Day! Heavenly Father, thank You for the potential You have placed within each of us. Brethren, I pray for you; may the Lord help you to see beyond your limitations and to trust in His mighty power. May He open the eyes of your heart to recognize that the walls before you are not fortresses but invitations to witness His deliverance. May courage rise in your spirit, clarity rest upon your mind, and peace guard your heart. May doors open that no man can shut, and may you walk in the fullness of God's purpose for your life. In Jesus' name. Amen.

This systematic mapping provides hard data of actual events, augmenting the global flood database, covering 913 observed flood events between 2000 and 2018. Her research identified an increase of up to 24% in the proportion of the population exposed to floods, indicating people are moving faster into flood plains than the general population growth rate. Limitations of the data include satellites being blocked by cloud cover and difficulty tracking sudden events like dam breaks or pluvial events.
