I do want to point out that Matt said "Joe Bover" on the podcast. I decided to not make that the podcast title but I thought I'd point that out anyway.
It is the second annual draft of teams with zeroes in their record, with the goal is to create a group of teams that will keep the zero in their Win or Loss column the longest.
