Hour 1 in full
7:00 - Joe breaks down his thoughts on who would be the best matchup for the Bills as the playoffs are one week away.
The Bears are NFC North champions. We definitely did not see that one coming. After a fun loss (I guess that can be a thing) on Sunday night at San Fran, the Bears are one win away from clinching the two seed and setting up a rematch in the Wild Card round with Green Bay. Oh baby. Dan Doinks leads the way this week for a vacationing Bill Doinks. Enjoy.

UKRavens Podcast - A Baltimore Ravens Podcast from the United Kingdom
In this week's episode of the UKRavens Podcast, Ian, James, Gordon and Ben soak up a festive turnaround as the Ravens keep their season alive with a huge road win over the Green Bay Packers and then watch events elsewhere fall perfectly into place to set up a winner takes all AFC North finale. The episode opens with reaction to a statement victory in Green Bay, where Baltimore leaned fully into the run game and delivered one of their most disciplined offensive performances of the season. With Lamar Jackson sidelined, the focus turns to a masterclass in game management from Tyler Huntley, who did exactly what was required. He protected the football, converted key third downs and used his legs to keep the offense on schedule. The panel break down why this was the blueprint the Ravens have been searching for in games without Lamar.Unsurprisingly, the conversation centres on Derrick Henry, who dominated from the opening drive. The hosts dig into how the Ravens finally committed to him in short yardage and goal line situations, and how the offensive line, tight ends and fullback combined to create lanes all night long. There is detailed analysis of Tyler Linderbaum's movement in the run game, improved blocking assignments for the guards, and standout work from Charlie Kolar, Isaiah Likely and Pat Ricard in the trenches.Attention then shifts to the defensive side of the ball, where the performance was far from perfect but still impactful. The secondary comes under scrutiny after several blown coverages and big plays conceded, with particular focus on technique, communication and schematic issues that continue to surface. At the same time, the crew highlight the growing impact of the defensive front, praising Dre'Mont Jones, Travis Jones and Tavius Robinson for increasing pressure and improving run defense at a crucial point in the season. From there, the episode captures the emotional chaos of watching the Browns stun the Steelers, a result that dramatically changes everything. The panel relive the tension, disbelief and eventual euphoria as Baltimore are handed an unexpected second life and a clear path to the division title. That sets the stage for a full preview of Week 18 at Pittsburgh, with the AFC North on the line. The discussion covers the Lamar Jackson decision, debating whether a less than healthy Lamar or a fully fit Huntley gives the Ravens the best chance. Matchups to watch include the Ravens' run game against Pittsburgh's defensive front, the impact of injuries on the Steelers' offense, and how Baltimore's defense can limit short passing and yards after catch.Score predictions and player props round out the episode, along with a wider conversation about playoff scenarios, potential Wild Card opponents, and why getting into the postseason any way possible is always worth it.

The Texans snapped the Chargers four game win streak in Wk 17 and, with the 20-16 loss, the AFC West Title is now officially out of reach for Jim Harbaugh's men. A slow start on Defense left the team in a 14-0 hole and, despite some Justin Herbert heroics in the second half, 5 sacks from the Houston Defense was enough to secure a narrow victory. With a playoff spot confirmed and only Wild Card seeding left to be settled, how should the Bolts approach their Wk 18 trip to Denver? Send us a textThe Ramirez Brothers are back to break down the Chargers' next opponent — the Houston Texans. There can be no ghosts of last season's Wild Card playoff loss lingering into this matchup. This is a new season and a new Chargers team, but the challenge is real.Justin Herbert faces a major test as the Texans defense flies all over the field and brings an elite pass rush. Chargers offensive coordinator Greg Roman will need to dial up a strong game plan to keep Herbert upright and the offense on schedule. On the defensive side, discipline is key. In front of the food is a name card with partially visible letters that read "Ace of Pumpkins." At left is a small hourglass and two wine glasses. At right is a folded napkin wrapped in a band and a bowl filled with liquid, and with flowers, flower petals, and a bundle of herbs floating within. Watermark of "Storyfeather" along outside of the woman's upper right arm.

December 17, 2025 - Season 16, Episode 65 of The Terrible Podcast is now in the can. In this Wednesday morning episode, Alex Kozora and I get right into talking about the latest news concerning the Pittsburgh Steelers. We discuss the recent transactions made by the Steelers in addition to the team bringing in quite a few players for visits on Tuesday and the likely reasons for that. Former Steelers WR Ke'Shawn Williams was claimed off waivers by the Cincinnati Bengals on Tuesday, so we make sure to hit on that little nugget of news as well. Either the Steelers or the Baltimore Ravens will win the AFC North division this year and on top of that, neither team is likely to make the playoffs as a Wild Card team. Because of all that, and based on what may or may not happen in Week 16, Alex and I wonder if there could be a situation where either the Steelers or the Ravens, or even both teams, wind up resting players in Week 17 in preparation for a winner-take-all game against each other in Week 18. After poor and inconclusive discussion about potential scenarios in Week 17, Alex and I began our weekly recap of the all-22 tape of the Steelers' last game, the Monday night win against the Miami Dolphins. We start on the offensive side of the football for the Steelers and spend a lot of time discussing the play of T Dylan Cook against the Dolphins. We go over the other good, bad and ugly related to the Monday night offensive all-22 tape. After thoroughly discussing the offensive tape from Week 15, Alex and I then do the same when it comes to the defensive side of the football. We discuss the Steelers defense shutting down the Dolphins' running game on Monday night and how the unit went about limiting the Miami passing game for most of the game as well. Are the Steelers currently a team that could make some noise in the playoffs this year, assuming they indeed do wind up making the postseason tournament? Alex and address that question after we are finished discussing the Monday win against the Dolphins. This 87-minute episode also discusses several other minor topics not noted and we wrap things up by answering several emails we received from listeners. steelersdepot.com Learn more about your ad choices. Mike and Jesse are back and are joined by attorney Paul Lesko who dissects the Panini-Fanatics antitrust lawsuit, revealing a major conflict: Panini is risking its own court credibility by showing potential buyers documents that claim their unlicensed products can outperform licensed ones, directly contradicting their courtroom defense. He also touches on the related Wild Card lawsuit, where Panini is accused of threatening distributors who worked with Wild Card. Separately, the Nikola Jokic card market is poised for growth as the star is officially signing with Topps. Plus, the guys debate which NFL quarterbacks to buy now and flip before the Super Bowl. Mike argues for Matthew Stafford, who is quietly building an unbelievable Hall of Fame resume, ranking top-10 all-time in major passing stats and is currently a top MVP candidate alongside Drake Maye. The ultimate market wild card is 44-year-old Philip Rivers who is joining the Colts' practice squad and could end up starting for them this season. In the baseball world, it's free agency time and Mike vents about the Red Sox refusing to sign big free agents, like Pete Alonso, despite the team's need for a power bat. Are young Orioles stars like Adley Rutschman and Gunner Henderson sneaky good value buys right now? The episode concludes with a look at the enduring cultural power of Pokémon cards among modern athletes and the high sale prices of crossover collectibles. Plus, upcoming card releases the guys will be breaking over the next few days. Learn more about your ad choices. Visit megaphone.fm/adchoices
