What happens when faith feels less like a relationship and more like an exhausting, impossible list of spiritual expectations? So many people are carrying the heavy, quiet weight of feeling like they're "doing faith wrong." Whether it's being told an unanswered prayer is your fault for not believing hard enough, or feeling like you have to force an emotional experience to prove God is real—modern religious culture has turned simple trust into a public spectacle. In part 4 of the Submerged series, we strip away the man-made performance and look at what simple, authentic faith actually looks like. We unpack:Why fear and faith are actually the exact same mechanism in your mind. The critical difference between believing in your head and trusting with your heart. How a tiny, invisible seed of hope can produce more long-term breakthrough than trying to force "great faith."How a simple act of worship can completely shift your atmosphere, even when you're sitting in the middle of a hard season. If you're tired of chasing moving goalposts and ready to experience the quiet, unshakeable freedom Christ promised, this episode is for you.—To connect, learn more or donate, visit gravetopchurch.com Follow us on Instagram, Facebook or TikTok by searching @gravetopchurch

The persistent rumors of a romantic relationship between Ghislaine Maxwell and Prince Andrew have been reignited by the forthcoming book The Rise and Fall of the House of York by royal biographer Andrew Lownie. In the book, Lownie presents testimony from insiders and former friends of the Duke of York who claim Maxwell and Andrew shared more than just a social friendship. According to the book, the two were romantically involved, with some sources describing them as “an item” during the 1990s. Maxwell, Lownie writes, was obsessed with status and saw Andrew as both a romantic target and a royal stepping stone. Their relationship, according to these accounts, was well known among those in their inner circles—casting doubt on the prince's repeated insistence that he barely knew her. These claims put Prince Andrew's public denials under fresh scrutiny and deepen the sense that he was far more involved with the Epstein-Maxwell operation than he's admitted. If Maxwell and Andrew were romantically entangled, it suggests that he wasn't just a royal caught in the wrong company—but a man emotionally and personally tied to Epstein's chief accomplice. This complicates his attempts to distance himself from the scandal, particularly in light of the settlement he paid to Virginia Giuffre. Lownie's revelations don't just challenge the official narrative—they threaten to obliterate it, exposing the possibility that the prince's entanglement with Maxwell was neither incidental nor peripheral, but intimate, calculated, and deeply compromising.to contact me:bobbycapucci@protonmail.comsource:Prince Andrew Had 'Affair' With Ghislaine Maxwell: Book - Newsweek

Protein recommendations have changed and not everyone is happy about it. Here's what the new federal protein guidelines actually mean for your health, and why the pushback is missing the point.A recent PBS article argued that doubling the current protein guidelines would push people toward junk food and processed products. But as a cardiologist, Dr. Bret Scher explains why that concern, while understandable, is misplaced. The real issue isn't the target. It's the message around how to hit it.In this discussion, you'll learn:Why the original 0.8g/kg recommendation was never designed for optimal metabolic healthWhat research shows about protein intake in the range of 1.2 to 1.6g/kgHow higher protein supports satiety, body composition, and glucose controlWhy certain groups like teenagers, athletes, and older adults need even moreHow plant vs. animal protein sources differ in bioavailability and practicalityWhy whole food sources like eggs, fish, meat, and legumes are the answer, not protein bars and packaged productsGetting more protein doesn't mean reaching for a bar or a wrapper. It means eating real food that your body knows how to use. The old 0.8g recommendation was designed to prevent decline, not to support metabolic thriving.

Dale Earnhardt Jr. sits down with one of the most promising rising stars in the NBA, Charlotte Hornets small forward Kon Knueppel. Kon lit the professional basketball scene on fire this year as he became the first rookie in NBA history to lead the league in three-point shooting, shattering several records along the way. After growing up in a basketball family in the Milwaukee area, Kon was recruited by Duke, where he helped lead the team to Atlantic Coast dominance. He would declare for the NBA draft and would be picked fourth overall by the Hornets, helping to turn their performance around for the 2025/26 season. Kon would ultimately lose a highly contested Rookie of the Year battle with fellow Blue Devil Cooper Flagg by one of the narrowest margins in league history. Funnily enough, despite having two basketball legends for parents, Kon didn't show much interest in the sport until he got his hands on video game classics like NBA2K and NBA Jam. Kon became interested in the legends of the past and learned to love the game through its history. By high school, he was one of the most promising collegiate prospects in the country, and he fielded offers from many major Division One schools. Dale and Kon's conversation covers the Hornets successful comeback season, the changing culture of the team and his journey from a close-knit, basketball crazy family to being a perimeter shooting phenom. In today's episode of Astronomy Daily, Anna and Avery unpack six major space stories. China has achieved a crucial milestone in its crewed lunar programme, successfully testing the Mengzhou capsule's abort system at maximum dynamic pressure while also demonstrating SpaceX-style rocket recovery with the Long March 10 first stage. ULA's Vulcan Centaur rocket is set to launch its longest mission yet, delivering GSSAP space surveillance satellites directly to geosynchronous orbit for the US Space Force. We explain why NASA's Artemis 2 Moon mission has remarkably few launch opportunities — just 11 dates across March and April — and what orbital mechanics, solar power constraints, and hydrogen leaks have to do with it. In astronomy news, NASA's Hubble Space Telescope has produced its clearest image yet of the Egg Nebula, a pre-planetary nebula offering a rare glimpse of a Sun-like star in its death throes. A provocative new study in the journal Astrobiology argues that the 1976 Viking missions may have detected signs of Martian life after all, with perchlorates masking the organic signatures. And finally, astronomers continue searching for remnants of Comet C/2019 Y4 ATLAS, which spectacularly disintegrated during the 2020 pandemic — but may not be entirely gone. Lownie's revelations don't just challenge the official narrative—they threaten to obliterate it, exposing the possibility that the prince's entanglement with Maxwell was neither incidental nor peripheral, but intimate, calculated, and deeply compromising.to contact me:bobbycapucci@protonmail.comsource:Prince Andrew Had 'Affair' With Ghislaine Maxwell: Book - NewsweekBecome a supporter of this podcast: https://www.spreaker.com/podcast/the-epstein-chronicles--5003294/support.
