Now that the Melbourne Football Club Media department has signed off on some of Worm's questionable lines of inquiry, we're joined in the Wing Lounge by one of Tassies finest coaching exports and current Casey Demons VFL head coach Taylor Whitford, where we offered a right of reply to one of his former chargers and Wing family member Jackson Callow, chat coaching at afl/vfl level, living a life full of footy and family and how Taylor could be our first Tassie AFL Coach.

The boys debate passionately the merits of hosting a home final vs the best available grounds in Controversy Corner. And a break-in at Worms house leaves him perplexed

It's road trip time as we head into the midlands for a taste of the ODFA action, we talk shop with AFL Tas Northern Regional manager Aaron “Peach” Roberts about some exciting developments in local footy, Derek future proofs footy in his own segment, and plenty of constructive feedback thrown our way in the communications. This week the boys reflect on their weekend antics - Worm at a 40th/Wildus in Melbourne, discuss the hugely topical high tackle rule in Dereks Deepdive, they get antsy in Controversy Corner following a coaching faux pas, as well as sifting through a tonne of communications, footy news and highlights (exclusive to Worms Triabunna football attire

Despite a round of games across the state that were uninspiring, we lift the lid on a teams' pre-finals routine, discuss the Best Beer Occasions in football, an overwhelming response to having Nick Kyrgios in your side, and if it's appropriate for a middle-aged man to order a mission passion fruit seltzer at a packed local footy club bar on a Saturday afternoon. 

An absolutely HUGE episode covering all the news from the local leagues including speaking with centurion goal kicker Rohan Baldock from South Burnie, we touch on a hypothetical Wildus V Worm on-ground matchup, and we'll introduce Controversy Corner and if you'd welcome Nick Kyrgios into your footy team?

Worm misses the start of the show so we get a far more qualified co-host to sit in, we'll discuss the proposed salary cap policy for all leagues, Dereks' deep dive looks into a scenario none of us want to consider - that we don't secure a AFL licence, and we'll send out the SOS for one of our favourites - an AWOL Dirt Burbury

A huge week in local footy news sees Wildus & Worm elbows deep in content, we deepdive into whether or not the AFL has lost touch with its fan base, we speak with Oatlands FC coach Greg Dare & we're now taking song requests much to Worms disdain.

The disappearance of some goal umpiring flags causes the boys to dramatise events a little, we ride the Rosebery-Toorak train hard after back-to-back wins, there's a terrific hypothetical involving Jordan De Goey in Dereks Deepdive,  and Wildus has a mid winter surprise in store for Worm. 

A polar blast hits the state, and fortunately only a few games were forecast due to a huge representative football  quota of games, including a huge matchup on King Island with a local side vs the travelling Flatheads - and we speak with a founding member. Dereks' sister Daisy delivers a deepdive around an AFLW Tas team, and firepits prove very popular on the socials.

Given the weather Firepits at local footy are certainly back and burning, Worm returns from vigorous exercise up North, Wildus offers an apology to the Wing family and Derek gets stuck into the younger cohort of players in his epic Deepdive segment.

This week we'll dive headlong into election coverage (or maybe not), huge communications coming through, Wildus does a hammy kicking with the kids & Derek ponders a Tassie AFL question that casts shade on our AFL licence bid. Bloody Derek - such a naysayer!!

Wildus implements a new recording process that'll save days editing

Worm conducts covert Wing business in Melbourne, we'll touch on scores and performances from across the state, and dissect what the Jack Jumpers have achieved and what it means for and AFL team in Tassie.

After an enforced holiday break, the boys cover off on 2 weeks of local footy, how many chocolate eggs each of them had to work off through umpiring duties, and we descend into Dereks Deepdive deeper than ever before as we seek clarity on the umpire dissent rule.

Fresh off the back of huge tech issues, we'll jump around the ship worse than Worm attempting a hard-ball-get, as we seek out Easter footy, determine where short shorts disappeared to, and chat to a man that once kept the great Peter Hudson goalless!

SEASON 2 - We're back baby! The prodigal football sons of Tasmania return for their first episode of season 2022.

Recorded in front of a covid safe live audience, we present our WING AWARDS for Season 2021, cast our eye forward and predicts what will happen in 2022, PLAYER OF THE YEAR is announced and the starting lineups for the WING ALLSTARS is released.
