What works for some does not work for all. When you decide you want to do something, just do it. Because there is no such thing as good or bad or right and wrong. All there is, is you and what you decide. Just because someone tells you it is the right way or that you NEED to do it does not make it Truth. You decide the truth, for you.
Today I want to talk about getting out of our comfort zone. Trying something new. Getting out of our sweat pants and doing something new. Trying something new when it comes to losing weight, or meeting any other types of goals. But I don’t mean physically....I don't mean get up take those sweat pants off and put those workout clothes on and get to it. And I don't mean start eating different so you can lose weight either. What I mean is... Just Be willing to try something different.

So for this episode, I want you to open your mind to letting go of everything you have been taught about weight loss and start focusing on what it is that you really want instead.

This week I'm talking about processing emotions. The 2 main reasons we are overweight is because 1 we eat more than our body requires for fuel & 2 we struggle to process our emotions and eat to buffer those emotions and distract ourselves from feeling negative emotion. Most of the time we don't take the time to process an emotion and it leads to being overweight. So, listen to this weeks podcast where I walk you step by step on the process of processing emotions so you can put an end to the emotional eating once and for all!
It's hard to fix the problem when we can't even see what the problem is in the first place. We think that we can't lose weight because "something is missing." But what if nothing was missing at all. What if you had the missing piece all along within you?

If you have been listening for awhile, our thoughts create our results. So today I want to focus on the thoughts. Because that is what is creating our current result or the result that we want. Here are some thoughts that I hear & see that are probably making losing weight, that whole process difficult. How many times do you think... This is impossible. This is hard. I'm not making any progress. This sucks. I hate this. It's a long hard journey.
Today we are going to talk about having an identity crisis. What i mean by this is that when you decide to change something in your life you will turn into 2 different people. 1. Is your past self 2. Is your future self And what I mean by that, is that the present you will have to decide who they want to hang out with more. Do you want to hang out with the future you, the person who has the goal. OR the past you, who was not working on a goal.

This weeks episode I talk about my clients that tell me they have tried pills, various diets, and many strenuous exercise programs. I just wanted to talk about what sets these two completely different methods, coaching & all the other stuff, of weight loss apart. First off, pills, diets, and exercise programs don't treat the cause of why we are over weight in the first place. If we are stressed, we need to figure out WHY we are stressed. What is causing the stress. We need to figure out the cause of the problem instead of what do we need to do to treat the symptom of being over weight. Listen to this weeks podcast to learn about treating the cause vs the symptom.
This week's episode is all about Self Care. How much self care do you give yourself? Do you take time for yourself? Do you make yourself a priority? You can't pour love from an empty pitcher. Find out what I mean, and listen to this week's episode.
