As much as we commit to change, we're only human RELAPSE it's gonna happen! But OWN it... Don't just give up, plan it, don't let it ruin your future, plan for it at a time when deadlines are met and you can afford a little downtime. Enough that you can say OK, I had my moment but now I'm right back on it and I love myself more than my vice so I must defeat this. It's like the big boss at the end of games, but this time YOUR IN CONTROL. Don't be your own worst enemy, don't be too hard on yourself as long as your committed, you're doing great and I'm so proud of you! Love you guys, love me.
Whilst wanting to change is a great start, you will only be truly successful if you commit to your changes. It's hard to know where to start so I put together a few tips that have literally transformed my life, stopped me from wasting so much time, thus allowing me to concentrate more on my long and short term goals. Some simple daily tricks will be your guide to a healthier and happier you. It's not going to be easy but if you keep these things in mind, I promise it will make a huge difference. Spend time alone. Access, process and make better decisions. Look for inspiration in people and things around you, the world is a beautiful place. Commit to yourself because you deserve to be happy.
