Gab Marcotti and Natalie Sawyer are joined by Oli Kay, Bill Edgar and George Caulkin ahead of a huge weekend of football. Liverpool travel to Old Trafford to face bitter rivals Manchester United who are seeking to dent their title bid. But should Liverpool be worried about their fabled front three looking a bit off colour?Manchester City then look to retain the Carabao Cup against Chelsea and under-pressure Maurizio Sarri. Is a mid-season change of manager likely at Stamford Bridge? Or do Chelsea lack strong enough personalities in the dressing room to affect change? And while we want to like VAR, City’s game at Schalke in the Champions League made it difficult. Also George lifts the lid on Newcastle’s Spanish training camp and whether Almiron has lifted the mood amongst the Magpies. Charlie Scott and Paddy von Behr provide advice ahead of the fantasy football weekend. Hey Everybody, Angela Bowen here, the host of Tea Time With Mr. Belvedere: A Mr. Belvedere Podcast and welcome to another episode of Tea Time With Mr. Belvedere. This is the first George Owens centered episode for the month of April S2E2: Tornado which aired on October 5, 1985. Batten down the hatches and take cover because tomorrow I’m covering Mr. Belvedere S2E2: Tornado which aired on October 5, 1985. George Owens is the Character of the Month for April . In this episode A tornado that strikes Beaver Falls adds to the tension between George and Mr. Belvedere after Belvedere takes it upon himself to edit a story George is writing. Things reach a head when a tornado forces everyone in the basement and a pool contest begins between George and Belvedere and neither one of them will allow something like the weather to interfere with their competition. Also George does a sports article on sports and drug use, this was a big scandal back in the day and Wesley does an amazing impression of the Wicked Witch of the West. Also George is some how able to get from Philadelphia to Ohio in an hour to get to the football hall of fame for an interview with Joe Namath who I thought was a baseball player til George proved me wrong. Kevin Arnold would be so angry with me for that mistake since he's such a New York Jet's Fan. In this episode I talk about the crappy pool table that came with our house but we paid for separately, my experience with a tornado watch or warning when I was 14 and alone in the house, and what I would bring with me if I had to take shelter in the basement. Join me next week when I cover the second George centered episode for the month of April S2E7: The Vows which aired on November 8, 1985. In this episode George and Marsha decide to renew their vows while Kevin discovers a shocking secret about his parents after viewing their marriage certificate.
