We can't get enough Thailand. This pod, We get insider info from Thai Celebrity Hotelier Tu Issara and his take on the current state of Tourism in the country (particularly Phuket). Plus there's news! Boracay Island in the Philippines re-opens cleaner and quieter than before. An unusual but heroic good deed aboard a Philippines Airlines flight is praised by many...and us. Finally, we circle back home to find out that roughly 4,800 Wall Street Journal readers love domestic airports in the wrong order.
Andy here! Guess what? I have been on the beautiful Boracay Island in the Philippines last week to spend time with my team. As you all know, we are huge advocates of having a Virtual Assistant Team. You might think that it doesn't work in the recruitment business. Everyone should be in the office. Well, let me say something about that – that's complete BS. That mindset exists because it has not been implemented in a fashion where it actually works. There's no system nor process – it's not structured. You wonder why one recruiter can identify a niche, create 3,200 leads and get 50+% response rate within 30 days while another recruiter could be working 60 hours a week, killing himself, cold calling or doing BS old school tactics, stressing out and taking it home? Why? If you're looking for the ability to scale your business, you need to be asking these questions: 1. Where am I now and where do I want to be? If I keep doing what I'm doing right now, what direction is this taking me? 2. What's the actual output of where I'm going to be? Are things going to change? Yes or no? 3. Do I have the tools and the automation in place to scale the business? Start thinking about your business. What's your plan in the next 90 days? What's going to change? Speak soon, Andy Whitehead

Media Nite Radio welcomes to the airwaves Sculptor, painter, photographer, muse, model Niki Sabet. Niki Sabet is blazing her unique trail as a multi-medium artist. Born in Iran, Sabet grew up between France and Canada. She was writing poetry at seven and was a featured student poet at The National Education Convention. At eight, Sabet was wood carving, and her sculptures were showcased at The City Art Fair. Upon graduating high school at 16, she was signed to the prestigious Ford Modeling Agency. Sabet traveled the world, establishing herself as an international model. She spent years living all over Asia in cities such as Hong Kong, Bangkok and Boracay Island. She later lived, for a time, in Europe and South Africa. Upon her return to North America, she studied Interior Architecture at Ryerson University in Toronto. She quickly realized her passion was in creating with more of a hands-on approach rather than the world of academia. In search of new inspiration, Sabet relocated to Los Angeles, California and soon thereafter made Silverlake’s well-known La Fonderie Atelier her primary studio. Her secondary studio is in Red Hook, Brooklyn. It is there where she began working on her first monumental bronze sculpture for 50 Varick (the Tribeca Film Festival building) in NYC. She currently resides between Los Angeles and New York. When film and fashion industry movers and shakers began taking notice, Sabet found herself being lured back into the entertainment industry by photographers and directors. However, now her creative peers are regarding her as a muse for their endeavors.
