Hey there! We had a recorded training session where we talked about "The Executive Search 7-Figure Solopreneur Plan," which I will be sharing with you now. In this video, you will learn about the three phases of a successful Executive Search Business and a lot more. So phase number one is that we need to bring the client leads in, and that also brings the qualified candidates in. So that means your inbox gets filled with qualified clients and candidates. Phase number two is when we convert the clients. So we have our inbox, we have responses from the clients, and we then convert the clients, whichever process may be.
