Rasty Kasár pochádza z Banskej Bystrice. Po strednej škole odišiel do Londýna, kde najskôr pracoval v sklade s knihami. Až potom ho prijali do jedného z najprestížnejších barov American baru v hoteli SAVOY v Londýne. Práve o tomto období hovorí ako o inšpirácii a tréningoch so skvelými slovenskými a svetovými barmanmi Erikom Lorinczom a Martinom Hudákom. Rasty pracoval aj v Scarfes Bare v hoteli Rosewood s Martinom Šiškom či v Erikovom londýnskom bare Kwānt. V roku 2022 vyhral v Londýne Coffee Masters, čo sa považuje za kávovú olympiádu a vyhral aj súťaž Coffee in Good Spirits, kde sa stal národným majstrom vo Veľkej Británii. V roku 2023 reprezentoval Spojené Kráľovstvo na súťaži v Taipei na Taiwane, kde sa stal majstrom sveta v tejto disciplíne. V rozhovore sa rozprávame aj o živote v Londýne a vytrvalosti, ale aj o malej a útulnej londýnskej kaviarni, v ktorej sme nahrávali rozhovor.
