After losing a close friend to cancer and battling an eating disorder out of college, Darby found her calling in the health and wellness industry, first becoming a health and wellness consultant, then co-founding “Apres," one of the first plant-based, ready-to-drink protein beverage companies to hit the market--shaking up industry standards!
