Donal Byrne is the MD of Byrne Rapid Build (BRB HOMES). In December 2020 he was arrested for alleged breach of rules when he opened his rural pub called "Eileen's Bar" and began to test the locals with antigen tests before entering the premises. Donal was calling it "the safest way to enjoy a pint in Ireland" during the pandemic. The case went to court in November 2022 and Donal is speaking publicly for the first time since the court case.
