Day 5 of jury deliberations in the Lindsay Clancy murder trial began with no verdict and no mistrial. Jurors returned after reporting they were deadlocked on two counts Tuesday. The judge ordered them to keep deliberating as the case continues to hinge on whether Clancy was criminally responsible. Adding to the drama, a woman was arrested outside the courthouse Tuesday after authorities said she recorded jurors leaving the courthouse. She claims she was trying to photograph Lindsay Clancy, not the jury.
