A person that has dedicated his life to the liberation of the sacred cannabis plant, he was also one of the first proponents of hemp based products in America, founding his hemp paper company in 1988.Stanford founded the Hemp and Cannabis Foundation in 1999 in Portland, Oregon. During his time with the group, they claimed to have helped over 250,000 patients obtain a legal permit to use medical marijuana in the states where it is legal.He is also the founder of the Oregon based 'Hempstalk', which started in 2005, an annual cannabis activism and music festival.Paul Stanford is also a master cannabis grower who has won many awards for his medicine.
