Mediators Beyond Borders International (MBB) is a not-for-profit corporation which brings together mediators and allied professionals to volunteer worldwide to collaborate on building conflict resolution capacity in underserved areas to make local peace-building more effective and sustainable.  MBB also advocates to advance the use of mediation. MACRO helps create, strengthen, expand and fund ADR programs in Maryland within and beyond the courts. In 1998, she directed the Maryland ADR Commission’s statewide collaborative process involving approximately 700 people in creating an action plan called “Join the Resolution” to advance the use of ADR in Maryland. MACRO was created to implement the plan. In 2001, she was chosen by the International Association for Conflict Resolution to receive the Mary Parker Follett Award for Innovation in the Field of Conflict Resolution.
