That's right, ding dongers, we're back with another episode! This week, Derrin and Ivan talk about the mid-carders that left WWE that we miss the most in this week's Question of the Week. Jake, who is currently on assignment, sends his love in the form of On This Day and Indy Corner. Derrin and Ivan then talk about the week WWE has had, including our love for everything Kevin Owens, how good Ronda is, the excellent New Day vs. The Bar match, and the crazy NXT developments leading up to Takeover Brooklyn III. The boys also deliver some vintage 1980s matches in the Match of the Week segment. Wrestling was cool THEN. Wrestling is cool NOW. Wrestling will be cool FOREVER!!! Hello Audio Marks. We are back from a long vacation to talk to you guys about TakeOver: Brooklyn III and SummerSlam and our overall thoughts of the two night extravaganza.
It's been a full weekend of wrestling and, thankfully there were tons of great matches. Most of them were on TakeOver Brooklyn III. Drew McIntyre beat Bobby Roode (to allow Roode to make his debut on Smackdown later); Asuka beat Ember Moon for her biggest victory yet; Andrade “Cien” Almas beat Johnny Gargano, and Aleister Black beat Hideo Itami. Best TakeOver yet? It’s definitely up there! And then SummerSlam… was okay. There was a great Universal Title match between Brock Lesnar, Roman Reigns, Samoa Joe and Braun Strowman along with Dean Ambrose and Seth Rollins’s reunion win. We’ll talk about what else worked… and what didn’t. Plus: Big Cass and Asuka are injured! John Cena will probably face Roman Reigns! Shelton Benjamin made his big return! Hosted by Hal Lublin, Danielle Radford and Mike Eagle. Produced by Julian Burrell for Maximum Fun. If you wanna talk about more wrestling throughout the week be sure to join us on Facebook or @TightsFights on Twitter. If you liked the show, please share it with your friends and be sure to leave us a quick review on iTunes or wherever you get podcasts.
We're back! But seeing as how we're a day late, we'll keep this short. Recorded last week, Joe picks a semi-recent NXT TakeOver gem of a women's match in anticipation of both TakeOver Brooklyn III and the upcoming Mae Young Classic. Jason picks an all-time classic WrestleMania match. And the RMG picks an entertainingly absurd and perplexing match from mid-90's ECW TV. It's a fun one. We're almost to twenty episodes -- woah! Joe's pick: Asuka vs Emma (w/ Dana Brooke), NXT TakeOver: London, December 16, 2015 Jason's pick: Stone Cold Steve Austin vs Bret Hart, Submission Match, WrestleMania 13, March 23, 1997 RMG pick: Mikey Whipwreck vs 2 Gold Scorpio, ECW Television Championship & ECW Tag Team Championships match, ECW Hardcore TV 141, January 2, 1996

Welcome to Two Guys, One Sport! Every week, Chris and George will discuss the world of professional wrestling, covering topics far and wide that appeal to their unique tastes on this form of entertainment that we all hold dear. Sit back and enjoy, and remember, never work yourself into a shoot! This week, we'll be recapping Extreme Rules and lamenting a pretty bad week for main roster WWE. Expect rants from both Chris and George about various events that left us with very poor tastes in our mouths. However, we'll counter those negatives with praise for the Best of Super Juniors final and a preview of Wrestle Kingdom 11.5, otherwise known as Dominion 6/11. We'll also discuss yet another great episode of NXT and the early signs of what the card will be at Takeover Brooklyn III. Somewhere in there, we'll probably also talk about Kairi Hojo's final Stardom show ever, which took place last Sunday. Join us next week on an extensive Dominion recap and a preview of Money in the Bank! Also, we'll be back to Friday nights next week, so mark your calendars accordingly.
