A lo largo de la conversación, se abordó esta enfermedad incapacitante desde una mirada humana y profesional, reconociéndola como un problema de salud pública en México y en el mundo. Para ello, participaron la psicóloga y terapeuta Cathy Calderón de la Barca y el psiquiatra Ángel Alberto Ruiz Chow, quienes aportaron herramientas, reflexiones y claves para entender la depresión más allá de los prejuicios, subrayando la importancia de hablarla y atenderla, más aún en una ciudad como la CDMX.
