After 25 years working in veterinary emergency care, he’s definitely gotten the hang of balance and longevity in the job. Today we talk about how Tim keeps a calm demeanor in the emergency room, the similarities between emergency care and hospital administration, and the key puzzle piece in an emergency/urgent care setting. We also discuss a new approach to interacting with patients’ owners and how Tim empowers his students and team in the face of losing a patient.
