Summary: Good goal setting improves confidence, motivation, and your actual performance. To be completely real with you, most people get this wrong. I spend a lot of time helping dancers set goals over the summer, and I hear a lot of goals like, “I want to get stronger this year,” or “I want better turns,” or “I want to place top ten in my solo at competition.” I understand why those are common goals, but none of them are going to actually help motivate a dancer and help them be in a positive mindset. In today's episode, we'll be talking about the different types of goals you can set to help you achieve your best. This episode is part one of a two-part series about goal setting. If you take goal setting seriously and actually implement these tools, you are bound to be ahead of the game this dance competition season! Episode Resources: https://chelseapierotti.com/123

In This mornings episode of “Authentic Smile” I wanted to share my perspective on the idea of Losing to Win / Winning to Lose. Learning to channel the doubtful/ sometimes negative energy that Losing brings along is imperative when learning to channel the POSITIVE energy that Winning brings along. To. Evoke the greatest Winner that you can be in your life, you have to learn to become the absolute best Loser. Adversity shall never break a winners heart. Running to Win: Winning with Your Weight
Running to Win: Winning as a Writer
Running to Win involves key Kingdom principles. 1. Assume positive intent when interacting with others. 2. It's not what you know, but who you know, and God gives you who you know. 3. Seek wisdom and guidance from the people God has given you. 4. Always act, interact, and react with love and hospitality towards others. Putting these principles in practice regularly create the small Kingdom moments that lead up to God's real Kingdom "Magic" experiences.
Running to Win: Winning at Work Don't you realize that in a race everyone runs, but only one person gets the prize? So run to win! 1 Corinthians 9:24 Work willingly at whatever you do, as though you were working for the Lord, rather than for people. Colossians 3:23
