This is one of Jacalyn's favorite episodes! She always loves reflecting on the incredible women she's had the privilege of speaking with and the empowering insights they've shared. Each of them comes from a unique background, facing different struggles and viewing their active lifestyles through different lenses, which shapes what fitness means to them personally. This year, Jacalyn has faced her own challenges. After her appendix ruptured, she was sidelined for two months—only able to walk, the longest break she's had from exercise since she was 12. It was a true mental test, impacting not just her physical health, but her sense of self-worth as well. It forced her to reflect on everything she's learned through this podcast, including the realization that sometimes, fitness itself can be an obstacle to pursuing other passions. She wants to take a moment to thank each of the incredible women who have shared their stories. Their courage and wisdom continue to inspire her, and she can't wait to see what the next year brings in terms of new conversations and insights. Some of the interviews might have taken place in 2020, but who is counting? The past few years have been a blur anyway. I am so grateful for all these individuals' stories. Ruthanne Zouboukos, empowered elopements photographer, lives as boldly as she speaks. A Truckee native that will be proud to call this gem of a mountain town home for many years to come. It’s from this idyllic post, nestled by the support of her husband Dimitri, dog Scout and close friends and family, that she digs deep to find her truest potential. Today that means empowering couples to dedicate their lives together in intimate settings, opening dialogue for women to network in personal and business environments and developing new ways to advocate for sustainable practices in the elopement/wedding industries. Tomorrow it could mean something entirely new. Truly, there’s no stopping Ruthanne from pursuing her wildest ideas and bringing them to fruition. At just 23 years old her presence is already something you’d expect from someone much older in calendar years. In fact, just a month after our recording, she’s already grown her world in ways that render some of the podcast info “old news”. She’s hard to keep pace with, that’s for sure. I can’t wait to see what she’ll accomplish in the years to come. Mayor Zouboukos?
Did you know that you're where you are today because of the words you spoke yesterday? Words not only lead you on your path in life but they have meaning & purpose that will either bless or curse you. Proverbs 18:21 says, "There's life & death in the power of the tongue." That's why you have to be careful in choosing the words you say & the words you receive from others. On this show, we will talk about the compact your words have upon you or in the lives of others, tools to help you to choose your words carefully & much more in the episode called- The Power of Words! Live Sunday April 7, 2019, 8pm (CST) (516)453-9118 or www.blogtalkradio.com/reconnectmyheart
Today’s episode is entitled “The Power of Words” and answers the question: Which three words are the key to lasting success? Most of us are familiar with the concept of the Law of Attraction. There’s something far more powerful than the law of attraction and that’s the power of our words. Scripture teaches us that we are made in the image of God. Jesus said that we would do works greater than He. He raised the dead, healed the sick and more. Learn the direct correlation between the words God spoke during creation and the words we speak over our businesses.
Empowerment and wisdom come from those who take the time to learn and transform their personal thinking and lives. Wayne Dyer was one of these unique individuals who shared so much with the world. Join Miracle Mentor and Alchemy Life Coach, Robert Zink for this special Law of Attraction podcast. This podcast will take a look at the truths of wisdom and words of empowerment from Wayne Dyer. As a writer, I appreciate the power of words. Not in a mystical sense where each word has some sort of magical element to it. But I understand how words can wound, uplift, and energize individuals. Words create images in the mind and take a reader to a far of place. They can lock us in the grip of terror or put us in the cusps of a wonderful relationship. In life, words can be extremely powerful. To end our segment on women's empowerment, we're joined with guest Anita Azeem all the way from Pakistan. In this interview, Anita Azeem discusses her life as a Christian in Pakistan, the differences between the Western view of family and the Eastern view, and so much more...especially about the power of words. Good Deeds presents Author Tanya Harris My goal as an Author is to provide a creative means of entertainment that will inspire a positive change in the lives of my readers. The satisfaction felt from knowing that organized words on a page can influence the thoughts and/or actions of others is immeasurable. I love writing period whether it be poetry, short stories, novels, etc. I am inspired by people, conversations, music, life experience, art . . . pretty much anything that tells me a story influences my creative expression. I have emotional ties to my work not because I can relate to all of the experiences expressed, but because of the emotions I hear from those who can.

Pastor and Evangelist Cylar share words of empowerment during our Heritage Sunday worship. God has ordained the family and the bond therein to help its members reach their full potential in God, not deter them from their goals. Though so many forces seek to separate us, it is God's will that we remain unified and strong, and, as Jesus said, "that all of them may be one, Father, just as you are in me and I am in you." Only TOGETHER will we reach our God-given destiny!
