Katia Sereno is a transformational coach, wellness guide, and former elite performer who helps women reconnect with themselves in the middle of life's pressure, transitions, and overwhelm. With more than 30 years of coaching experience, Katia brings a rare blend of resilience, creativity, and lived wisdom to her work. A former member of the Canadian National Synchronized Swimming Team and later a performer with Cirque du Soleil, she built her life around discipline, movement, and reinvention long before becoming a coach. Her journey has taken her across the world, from North America to French Polynesia, rebuilding her life from the ground up in multiple countries along the way. Those experiences deeply shaped her understanding of identity, change, and what it truly means to create a fulfilling life. Today, as a certified life and health coach, fitness instructor, and yoga teacher, Katia helps women who feel disconnected, exhausted, or stuck reconnect with their energy and inner clarity. Her approach moves away from hustle, perfectionism, and pressure, guiding women toward sustainable transformation rooted in self trust, balance, and authenticity. At the core of her work is a simple belief. You do not need to force your way into a better life. You need to reconnect with the version of yourself that already knows how to live it. Bryan Daigle works with men who have achieved success on paper but know something deeper is still missing. As a men's leadership coach, he helps executives, entrepreneurs, and fathers strengthen the part of their lives most often neglected in high performance culture, emotional presence, connection, and intentional leadership at home and at work. After building multiple businesses, including a lifestyle business inspired by The 4 Hour Workweek, Bryan reached a realization many high achievers quietly face. External success does not automatically create fulfillment, peace, or strong relationships. That insight pushed him into deeper personal work and ultimately reshaped the direction of his life and mission. Today, through coaching, men's groups, and immersive experiences, often in nature and wilderness settings, Bryan helps men move beyond performance driven identities and reconnect with who they are underneath the pressure to constantly produce. His work challenges men to lead with greater awareness, communicate with honesty, and build lives that feel aligned, not just accomplished. Based in Austin with his wife and two sons, Bryan approaches leadership as something lived daily, not performed. Whether in business, fatherhood, or personal growth, his message remains consistent. Real strength is not found in control. It is found in presence, clarity, and the courage to fully show up. Today's guest: www.bryandaigle.com Hosted by Simplecast, an AdsWizz company. Cathy Gagliardi is a children's author whose stories are rooted in compassion, emotional wellness, and helping children navigate the challenges of growing up in today's fast paced world. Based in Ontario, Canada, Cathy discovered writing as a deeply therapeutic outlet and soon recognized how many children silently struggle with anxiety, bullying, self doubt, and feelings of not belonging. That realization inspired the creation of her beloved YumYum series. Her book Bellyflies was born from a night of grief after learning a friend had lost her teenage son to suicide. The story gently explores childhood anxiety through the eyes of a young boy named Billy and his comforting stuffed animal YumYum, helping children understand emotions and develop healthy coping strategies. The book has since been embraced by families and even used in therapeutic settings. In Gonna Build A Boat, Cathy continues that mission by encouraging compassion, inclusion, and perseverance, reminding children that everyone carries value and deserves to shine in their own unique way. As the founder of IronMind Advisors, his focus is on how leaders think and operate when pressure is high and time is limited. Not adding more tools or frameworks, but sharpening the internal discipline that drives clear decisions and controlled execution. Through years of working with high level performers, Kenny identified the real breakdown point. It is not a lack of capability, it is the loss of control under pressure. Thinking becomes rushed, attention fragments, and decisions lose precision. His work trains leaders to stabilize their thinking, stay fully present, and act with intention even when conditions are unpredictable. The outcome is consistent performance that holds through stress, fatigue, and complexity. There is no excess in his approach. No noise, no reliance on motivation. Only awareness, control, and execution that stands up when it matters most. At the highest level, performance is not about what you know. It is about how you show up when everything is on the line.
