    Join me as I chat with Bryan Owens with the Shelby County General Sessions Recovery Court (Memphis) about how Crossfit and Yoga was implemented for participants.  Bryan talk about how it all got started and he witnesses in participants who take advantage of the offer.  In the interview, Bryan mentions a group called The Phoenix, which is a National Sober Active Community,  so I've included their website here for anyone interested in taking a look.  While Shelby County did not do exactly what The Phoenix has done nationally, the idea is the same: to provide a safe space for people with substance use disorder to work out, connect, and thrive.
