The Coup attempt by United State president Donald Trump was an attempt by White supremacists to take over the United States government. The Trump MAGAS were attempting to stop the peaceful transfer of power by Violence in order to install their candidate Donald Trump, who just lost the presidential race to Joe Biden by a "landslide" per Trump's standard. For weeks, the insurrection had be publicized, yet law enforcement 'stood down, and stood back as the terrorists took over the United States Capitol, while a joint session of Congress was working to certify the election results. Additionally, the only three people in the presidential line of succession were in the Capitol (Pence, Pelosi, and Grassly); had they all been harmed, along with members of Congress, Trump could've declared Martial Law, invalidate the election, and remain in Power indefinitely. It was an authoritarian move, to wit, a Coup D'Etat in order to take over the United State of America government by force. That is Treason. We all have seen the heartbreaking video of young Ahmaud Arbery being gunned down by two racist white men while jogging. There is no doubt that Mr. Arbery was murdered in a racist attack. Yet, his assailants, who were caught on cellphone video assassinating that young man, remain free with zero fear of arrest and punishment.
