Philippians 3:11 We rejoice in the Lord because only Christ gives us righteousness, belonging, and resurrection hope.

2 Peter - You are not to be distracted but look forward to a future with Christ, this focus will enable you to grow each day by His grace.

2 Peter 3:8-13 You are not to doubt Christ's return but look forward to His coming for it means a new heavens and new earth, the home of righteous.

2 Peter 3:1-7 You are not to doubt Christ's return, for God has told you in His word and this will be evident in how you live your life.

Ecclesiastes - Wisdom and its limits lead you to seek rest in Jesus Christ.

2 Peter - Do not be deceived by the world's empty promises which only enslave, instead know the way of righteousness through Christ.

2 Peter 2:4-10 Recognize Jesus as the Christ who saves His people and the Lord who will condemn. Since you were bought by Christ, respond by faithfully serving Him.

Come to worship God by drawing near to Him to listen, to be changed, and to revere Him through Jesus Christ.

2 Peter 2:1-3 You are to watch out for false teachers who deceptively deny Christ, Christ will judge them and secure you on the way of truth.

Ecclesiastes - In Jesus Christ you have a true companion, who unites you to others and who enables you to work sacrificially with them in the church.

2 Peter - 2 Peter 1:12-21 You are reminded of the certainty of your faith in Christ so that you are established in the truth, ready for Christ's return.

The resurrection of Jesus gives you certain hope, even in the midst of great confusion.

2 Peter - You are to make every effort to grow in Christ by producing fruit proving your calling in Christ to be sure. This you do in knowing Christ's abundant grace.

Ecclesiastes - Jesus overcomes the evil in this fallen world, so you can live a quiet and productive life.

Since the people of God have been delivered from all our foes and will be brought safely home, therefore we return to Him in faith.

Ecclesiastes - Since God perfectly controls all of your times, you must live by faith in His sovereign purposes and you must entrust yourself to the Lord of Time.

Special Topics - Mark 14:53-65 Jesus reveals Himself as the Messiah and coming Son of Man, yet the leaders reject Him. Receive Jesus as the Messiah and submit to Him as Lord.

2 Peter - Stop making excuses and know the power of God in your life for you have been transformed by receiving the precious faith in Christ Jesus.

1 Peter 5:8-14 Be vigilant, the devil is seeking to destroy you but remain steadfast in Christ for God is at work in your life, bringing you to glory.

Ecclesiastes - Receive God's good gifts through Jesus Christ and enjoy the life and labor that He's given you in this world.

1 Peter - You are to be humble as you interact with others, especially your elders, and humble before God, for only He can take care of you and exalt you in Christ.

Ecclesiastes - Pursuing pleasure in this world is doomed to failure because lasting pleasure can only be found in God.

1 Peter Jesus is the chief shepherd, and He has provided elders to shepherd you in your suffering according to His example.

Ecclesiastes Relying on your own reason and efforts to find truth will produce nothing but frustration and despair, but true, life-giving wisdom is found with God.

1 Peter - Suffering is real, so do not be surprised but rejoice, for as Christ suffered and then knew glory, so will you experience suffering and then glory.

Ecclesiastes - Apart from God's grace in Jesus, all your incessant activity accomplishes nothing.

As you wait for the end, your focus is that of godly conduct so that God is glorified, and Christ did this perfectly on your behalf.

Ecclesiastes addresses key questions about the meaning of life and shows you how to find true purpose and joy through a relationship with Jesus.

1 Peter 4:1-6 You are at war with sin and this involves suffering so follow Christ's example and be confident of God's verdict at the end.

Romans 7:14-25 Your battle with sin will never be over in this life, but that fact is meant to push you to greater and greater reliance on Jesus Christ.

In facing suffering, in feeling weak, remember Christ, he is victorious and he is reigning over all and so in him you too are victorious.

Special Topics - Romans 6:1-14 As a believer you are united to Jesus Christ and as such you have died to sin and risen to new life in Him. Live according to your new identity.

You are steadfast even in trials and uncertainty because you know refuge under the Father's wings, so respond by praising God. This you do in Christ, so in Christ, give God the glory.
