Everyone makes mistakes, but our failures don't cancel God's plan for our lives. Just as God's light redeemed the mistakes of Thomas, Moses, and Peter, Christmas reminds us that our mistakes don't define us—they refine us.

Tired of struggling in life and business? Click here and I will reach out to you!! https://elliott247.com/gameplan-yt Get My ETA+ Training App For FREE https://elliott247.com/eta-ml?el=YTeta – Andy Elliott overcomes "I am already pre approved with my bank" and shows how to advance the sale forward. I get hit with objections when I train all the time, so this is a piece of cake. It's about saying common things in uncommon ways, if you can do that, you'll overcome any objection. Check it out. -- If you don't know who I am, my name is Andy Elliott. I am the founder of The Elliott Group with my wife Jacqueline Elliott who is our CEO. Today, we have a 150 million dollar business, and we're on our way to a billion. If you don't believe you are qualified to have a big life...here is my story. At 18, I got into automotive sales and made a $1,700 commission on my first day. 19 years old, I made 225k in one year. 20 years old, I made my first 500k. The most I ever made before being promoted to a General Manager was 716k selling cars as a W-2 employee. As a GM, the most I made was 2.5 million in one year. In 2019 after 20+ years in the car business, my wife Jacqueline told me she learned to live without me and I decided I was built for more, was tired of settling and being "better than most" in all areas of life. God. Family. Physical. Mental. Business. I went PSYCHO in self development and totally re-created EVERYTHING in my life. Today, I live by example in everything that I do and my number one goal is to build the world's greatest leaders on planet Earth, and teach everyone how to sell, influence, and persuade, because NO money is ever made without sales. I see people everyday that have no idea what true potential is…well I do…And it's UNLIMITED! I am living proof of that! Imagine what your life would look like if you never had to worry about money again and your family was in a such a good place that if something ever happened to you they were taken care of because of the success you achieved and the person you became. If you want to make history and become a legend coaching with me, will make that happen guaranteed! I got your back for life, Andy Elliott

Into the darkness, Jesus brought light.Into the hopelessness of our hurt, suffering, disillusionment, fear, and failure, Jesus brought hope. He came for the scorned and the rejected. He came for the unclean and the outcast. He came for the broken and the shamed. He came for the lost. He came for the sinner. He came for us. … and into the sin of our dark and hopeless world, Jesus brought the light and hope of salvation. “I have come into the world as a light, so that no one who believes in me should stay in darkness” (John 12:46).

Locked On UConn - Daily Podcast on University of Connecticut Huskies Football and Basketball
The UConn Huskies cruised to an 81-46 victory over East Texas A&M, but the game wasn't as smooth as the final score suggests. UConn's slow starts are becoming a habit, and tonight was no exception. Turnovers and sloppy play early on limited their scoring, even as the Huskies tried to find their rhythm. Despite the bumps, standout performances from Alex Karaban, Liam, and Solo Ball carried the team, with Hass Diarra emerging as an unexpected leader. A big takeaway? The challenge of balancing immense talent without a clear alpha dog. The Huskies are creating plenty of great plays but often lack the finishing touch as they figure out their roles in a system designed for cohesion. Let's break it all down. Show Notes Segment 1: Slow Start Struggles • UConn continues to start games sluggishly, a concerning trend.• Early turnovers and sloppy possessions set the tone.• Solo Ball hit an early 3, and Liam showcased his spin-cycle moves, but it wasn't enough to spark immediate momentum.• Dan Hurley's strategy against zone defenses helped limit ETAM's opportunities, but UConn struggled to capitalize offensively.• Samson Johnson stood out early with solid defense, while frustration grew from missed rotations and lack of urgency. Segment 2: Leadership Moments and Adjustments • Hass Diarra stepped up big, showing leadership during critical moments and sparking energy when UConn needed it most.• Dan Hurley's interactions with players and even the referees kept the intensity high, with some comedic relief when he jokingly engaged with Luke Murray.• Jayden Ross (JayRoss) found his stride, hitting a wide-open 3 after slowing down and focusing—something the young players need to do more consistently.• Samson Johnson's vocal leadership shined as he held younger players accountable for defensive rotations. Segment 3: The Talent Balance Challenge • From the 13-minute mark to 9:34, UConn played atypical, non-UConn basketball—scattered and lacking cohesion.• The biggest takeaway: UConn has a wealth of talent but lacks a clear senior leader or alpha player to rally around.• Players are searching for their roles in a system that doesn't prioritize individual features, leading to impressive plays without consistent finishes.• Despite this, Alex Karaban, Liam, Solo Ball, and Hass Diarra continue to stand out as bright spots through the first four games. Key Takeaways1. UConn must address its slow starts before tougher competition.2. Leadership is emerging in unexpected places, particularly from Hass Diarra and Samson Johnson.3. The team's depth is a blessing and a challenge; roles need to solidify for smoother execution. Closing ThoughtsThe Huskies showed their strength tonight with an 81-46 win, but as the season ramps up, finding consistency and defining roles will be key to success. Stay tuned for more insights as UConn continues to refine their game. Go Huskies!

Brent Axe and Emily Leiker recap Syracuse football's thrilling 38-31 overtime win over Virginia Tech at the JMA Wireless Dome on Saturday afternoon. Syracuse trailed Virginia Tech 21-3 in the third quarter but out-scored Virginia Tech 35-17 to win in overtime. Wide receiver Justus Ross-Simmons' breakout game had a lot to do with that for the Orange with his 55-yard touchdown starting the comeback. The Orange defense made the big plays in the biggest moments with most of those coming from Marlowe Wax, including forcing a fumble in overtime.
