    Episode #16 - Tess Tyler - Composer

    Tess is an award winning Bristol based composer for film, television and video games. Shortly after she won 'Best Music' at the London Screenwriter's Festival for the Stephen Briand short film, Stunt Poetry, Tess, was awarded a scholarship to attend Berklee College of Music - Valencia. It was through Berklee that she made her orchestral recording debut at Air Lyndhurst Studios in London with her score for Steampunk Riders. This work being one amongst many for orchestra, Tess has recorded her music with the likes of London Session Orchestra, The Budapest Art Orchestra, and The Bratislava Symphony. Her most recent projects have been with game development company, Traveler' s Tales for the LEGO® franchise. Her music has featured in the incredibly successful AAA titles, LEGO® Marvel Avengers and LEGO® Worlds. Tess continues to work for TT games, whilst also composing the soundtrack for the new indie game, Sonder and various short films - perhaps most notably, Oliver Park's horror, Still.

His experience within the music industry has taken him to cutting his touring teeth on the East Coast of the United States at the age of 20.  Playing within a smorgarsboard of bands, most notebly rock band '31' and co-hosting the best and longest serving 'Jam Night' in Exeter, UK, Sam, is an indiviudal whom has lived the lifestyle of the hard-working, touring and partying musician on and off the stage - and lived to tell the tale!  ​

    When not doing her day job, Lyddi, likes to mainly drink copious amounts of tea, hang out with her illustrator/tattooist beau and separation anxiety cat, bake, cook and be creative.  ​ With a BA and Art Foundation Distinction in Textiles, Goldsmiths College, University of London, Lyddi works mainly with textiles and textile processes, but also works with print, drawing, photography and writing.   ​ Up until recently Lyddi has worked for the charity Exeter Community Initiatives, leading their project ‘Jelly.’ Now she is part of the (co)Lab Exeter, a new well-being hub in the city that is the home to ‘social innovation through partnership’, leading a team of volunteers and working with multiple organisations. ​

    Sally is a Devon-based artist who like many of the best painters today, is entirely self-taught. Characterised by fine brush strokes on subtle backgrounds, Sally's focus is always on the beauty of the subject itself, often observed from an unusual angle. She is fascinated by detail, capturing every expression, movement and subtlety of the subject. Sally was promoted to Full Member status of the Society of Equestrian Artists in 2013 and accepted as an Associate Member of The South West Academy of Fine and Applied Arts in 2015. She regularly exhibits in London as well as various galleries around the UK and USA.

    Sara is a Burlesque Performer and Compere whom started to dance at the young age of twelve, with K School of Music. Then to study Performing Arts at college, followed by three years of dancing singing and hosting shows on the holiday circuit. Combining her love of musicals and theatrics she started to explore the world of burlesque - in turn, the creation of the firecracker that is 'Rosie De'Lure', was born. Having performed her first burlesque act in 2011 at self-organised charity show - 'Apres Noir's Weird and Wonderful World' - with huge success; this has lead to annual shows and the founding of the 'Apres Noir Follies'.
