Co-Host Kelly Kirk (https://mountaintoppodcast.com/kellykirk) Life was rolling along nicely for my guest Kelly Kirk, until it wasn't. A series of family tragedies happened rapid fire, followed by the loss of his dream business. He found himself living in a Smart Car at a highway reststop, which makes even living in a van down by the river sound luxurious by comparison. What's more, even when Kelly met the woman of his dreams she ended up passing away tragically...and suddenly. So how can one even have the audacity to bounce back after hitting rock bottom like that? Well, Kelly happens to have been a bodybuilder for all of his adult life, so he naturally realized he needed to start applying the same discipline to his mental, emotional and spiritual states as he had been to his physical fitness. In this episode, he reveals that no matter how strong we think we are, tough times can strike. How do we get out of that funk and move upward and onward? Well, Kelly's first surprising answer is exactly WHERE you should go first when you've hit rock bottom...even though most people nowadays try to find a solution in the exact opposite direction! And what do we as men in particular typically do once we start experiencing tough times that only speeds up the downward spiral? And finally, as part of his overall method of bouncing back, how did Kelly do the keto diet right, with key tweaks to the popular version? Let's schedule a time to talk about what's going on in your life and get you in front of more women. Schedule that call and more at https://mountaintoppodcast.com === HELP US SEND THE MESSAGE TO GREAT MEN EVERYWHERE === The content in this show is NEVER generated by AI. Buona pausa!

This week we invite the enchanting Naomi Gossman, celebrated for her role as Pepper in the acclaimed Emmy Winning series "American Horror Story". We reminisce about the past, discussing Naomi's journey from auditioning for the series to becoming one of its standout characters and filming season one of Gown and Out in Beverly Hills with her. The conversation is anything but ordinary, ranging from Naomi's candid experiences at a clothing optional campground, her exploration of gay glory holes and the intriguing history of Armenian coffee, to Pol' and Patrik's hilariously unfortunate stay at a straight Swingers Resort in Mexico. However, the crux of this episode is Pols' uncanny ability to predict the future through reading coffee grinds, a skill he inherited from his grandmother. As Naomi sips her Armenian coffee, the stage is set for Pol to showcase his mystical talent. His reading touches upon Naomi's upcoming travels, her evolving personal relationships, and even foretells an unexpected visit from a lanky messenger. Naomi reflects on Pol's revelations, affirming many of his insights, particularly about the man in her life. The trio's camaraderie is palpable throughout, especially during the “Runway Rundown”, where they humorously critique celebrity outfits on Kim Kardashian, Jessica Lange and Naomi herself. During the entertaining “American Whore Story Game” Naomi playfully reveals her adventurous side of where she has had sex. We wind down with mutual admiration for Pol's precise coffee reading, ending on a high, with everyone eager for Naomi's future and what might unfold. Tune in for an episode filled with laughter, mysticism, and heartfelt conversations. Naomi Gossman gets so candidly 'undressed' by her friends, Patrik and Pol'. The Smart Car was truly out-of-the-box thinking. "Why do passenger cars all have to be the way they are?" asked some clever group of designers, and designed the minimalistic teensy Smart Car. Of course, the challenges posed by manufacturing the little thing, or driving the little thing on a highway, or walking away from a crash in the little thing, proved to be compelling arguments in favour of more traditional passenger car manufacture. What I'm saying is that sometimes the box exists for a reason, notwithstanding the virtues of experimentation.
