Community Mental Health Teams, are multi-professional teams that provide assessment,treatment and support services to people experiencing mental health problems. There are teams working throughout the Western Health and Social Care Trust. In emergency situations, a crisis response service will link with out of hours GPs or the emergency department (ED). Conor and Stephen talked all about the topics of mental health and mental illness and the important distinction between the two.
