Lately, I have been thinking that how can I stay unaffected and still speak my truth or express what I truly feel. How can I stay calm but also expresses my pain or my truth? In relationships, with family, friends, partners, or anyone whom we are close to, there comes a time when you are hurt by what the other person said or did but you also love them so you do not know, if to react or let it go, to stay calm or to set boundaries with that person. This episode will help you get to that answer.
Managing Anxiety and Stress during lockdown is possible with this powerful mind exercise. Understand how your brain works when anxious and learn how to calm your emotions when your external environment is triggering stress. Anxiety is never a cause but a response to something, now we need to understand why our brain has created that response and is it even real or an illusion? Our mind cannot differentiate between what is happening in the present and what is happening in our thoughts. That's why we must treat our mind as a different identity and question everything it believes or it brings us.
Param is a Music Video Director, turning beautiful stories into eye-catching & heart-touching films. “I believe the most beautiful thing about my life is I get to experience stories first hand while I direct and put them across for the audience to experience. Oh, I get to travel and meet new people too!" Param has been in the industry for 4 years now and just got his first Bollywood song as a Director - "Phir Se Tu Aa" by Shahid Mallya released last month. "My first day at the set, and I knew where I belong. Now I look forward to crafting heart-touching stories every time I listen to a song so that people can experience the beautiful thing called - emotions" The amount of hard work and sweat you put behind the camera is overwhelming. You have a team to manage, a crew to lead, and of course, the entire film to direct - frame by frame to make it seamless and make sure the emotion is being delivered. But the beauty of the entire thing comes across after the edit. All the innumerable hours fall into place when you see the film taking shape and conveying the emotion. It's all about handling your own emotions and being strong to convey someone else's emotions. Along with Direction, this is also an art. Key takeaways 1. सबर राखों सन्तुष्टि नहीं 2. आउडी सोचोगे तो कम से कम fortuneर तो मिलेगा. बड़े ख़्वाब देखो 3. काम आपका तपस है, जूते राहो भगवान मिल जाएगा.

I’m so grateful to @vibequeenmusic for sharing such valuable experiences with me today. I still have to take some days and understand everything she talked about. Her energy is enchanting and I’m so grateful to be in her presence. Some key takeaways 1. Your outer world will not change once your are awakened, you will not change either. You will just be conscious and so will be your responses. 2. The seeds of awakening get planted even when we aren’t aware of it. So while you are on this journey, don’t take yourself so seriously and don’t forget to have fun. 3. Podcasting is a great tool if you can combine it with right market research, involving your audiences and right kind of engagement. You don’t need 1500 followers, you need just 100 engaged followers. 4. Manifestation is possible if you can raise your vibration and visualise in details and then finally if you can trust the universe. Don’t question the HOW?
I’m so grateful to @ahramarya for adding such value and sharing beautiful insights on awakening, spirituality, consciousness, creativity and human design. Key takeaways 1. Human design is the map of your internal world so that you can function better and take better decisions in your outer world. It gives you both purpose and power. 2. Human design can help you with understanding your spouse better, form fulfilling relationships and honour differences. 3. Human design can also contribute in making better teams, understanding leadership pattern as well as working in a flow state. 4. Awakening is understanding that everything can be explained. It basically opens your antennas of consciousness to other realms of consciousness. You rise from lower consciousness to higher consciousness. Tomorrow this episode will be available on Spotify and apple podcast. Link will be in bio.
It was so valuable and fun to have Arundhati. I loved how you simplify everything with reasoning and make it easy for us to understand. Key Takeaways 1. Your thoughts create reality, you can replace unsupportive thoughts with positive ones. 2. Every thought has an emotion attached to it, ask yourself why do you feel this particular way or what’s the intention behind this emotion? 3. Manifestation is nothing but just choosing to focus on one thought which will then lead to behaviour, action and result. 4. We put meaning to everything according to the experiences we have had or the mental framework we have developed. Question those meanings if they are not helping you. 5. We all are spiritual, our ways can be different but that’s ok. It’s fine to be unique. 6. Don’t just follow a process just because it worked for someone else, create you own path if you want to. 7. What kind of life you wanna live is the question you should ask yourself, while choosing a purpose. 8. We all have different love language, understand yours and your loved ones love language for fulfilling relationships. Also, special mention to @vikram_dhar who has mentored both of us. We can’t be more grateful to you sir.

In the second episode of #TheMindBlowingShowwithShivangi, We learnt how can we manifest our dreams. Key takeaways 1. Feelings are the true motive behind our desires, we do not want objects or people but we want to experience the feelings those objects or people bring to our lives. 2. Visualise the day from your future when you have achieved your goals. 3. See what you’ll see on that day, hear what you’ll hear on that day and feel what you’ll feel in that moment. 4. Try to locate the feeling, is it in your body or outside your body? Try giving a colour and texture to that feeling. 5. When you are completely immersed in that moment, ask yourself What have you done right to be here? and What did you NOT do to be here? Slowly come back and open your eyes. Try this every morning or before you got to sleep. If you need any guidance, DM me on my Instagram.
Some key takeaways from the Episode 1. Vipassana is the boot camp for meditation 2. Vipassana is a healing and blissful process 3. When you start your spiritual journey, stick to one method or practice, otherwise, you will not reach anywhere. 4. There are three stages of enlightenment, first you question, then you seek and eventually you experience. 5. Everything is there and was there, it’s just that, your awareness has increased with meditation. 6. Meditation can improve your productivity, your relationship building abilities and your emotional responses. 7. Once you start meditating, you realise the nature of impermanence in creation. Shift your attitude - Today itself I was watching one of the episodes of Marie Tv, where Marie Furleo gave a very powerful quote by Chuck Swindoll. Now this quote is so powerful that I am going to read it to you twice. Life is 10% what happens to me, and 90% how I react to it. Now you may not be able to change the people in your life, or the job you do, or the traffic jam or even the covid 19 situation. But you can change your perspective. M.S Dhoni, the former Indian Cricket Captain and popularly known as captain cool, believed in this idea. The idea of taking care of only the controllable. You see if you want to make a bigger and better house, you need to destroy the one you are currently living in, unless of course if you have money to buy another plot. But the point here is, that things need to crumble sometimes so that we can shape them better and stronger. What you can do here is, to take care of what you can and the rest will take care of itself. The power of response - Anne frank wrote what we now know as a book called, “The diary of a young girl.” in her darkest hours. Maya Angelou, read and read when she went mute for 5 years in her life and she has talked about those 5 years with so much passion, because in those times she gained perspective and purpose. Mohan Das Karamchand Gandhi became Mahatma after facing racism in South Africa. In the darkest nights, you either burn yourself with the fire you have within you or you become a torch for transformation. So start with shifting your perspective, ask yourself how you can make the best of this situation, what opportunity or learning you may have here, what do you need to let go, in this situation. Where is your life trying to push you? Once you change your attitude, your response changes too. You take an impactful, conscious and smart decision. Like for me when this lock down happened, I knew that I can not go out anymore or do my trainings but I did realise that I have more time to take care of my heath. Since then, I have been eating healthy and I am also practicing yoga. Count your blessings - I understand, on some days you just don’t want to get up or change your perspective or do anything productive. Those days, garb something you love indulging in, watch a good movie and count your blessings. For me, I have been so grateful lately to be with my family, to be able to eat with them or watch TV with them and see them all safe and healthy. When you will start counting your blessings, you will see, there are so many that your fingers are not enough. Thank your window and your roof, thank your pillow or thank you pet and you will feel a wave of positivity just entering your body. Work on yourself but work for lesser hours - When you shift your energy and attention from what’s wrong to what can be right? You are half done there. In those times, start working on yourself but do not give yourself completely, your work shouldn’t be an escape but an elevation. You already have a difficult situation, do not drain yourself by working too much. Work for 5 hours, but deliver quality. And in the rest of your time, play cook sing do whatever you want. This is more effective when there is a situation you can not change. So you accept it and leave it right there, the situation will take care of itself. Don’t worry! Homo sapiens are wired to find solutions to everything they label as danger. You don’t have to do it all. You cannot find a vaccine for covid, what you can do, is listen to this podcast and be more happy and productive! Hahaha I just plugged it in there. Choose who you want to connect with - You do not have to isolate yourself or nag to ten people about your shitty life. Choose your tribe. Connect with people who add value to your life and not pile up their negativity on yours. If you want to win, you gotta have a great team.
