Every week they bring a psychological topic to the table which they discuss, explain, interpret and then elaborate through the things they learn during their studies, personal life experiences as well as their own therapy. On this episode, we will be having a broader discussion about the effect of toxic work environments in women’s mental health both short and long term. We may also be delving into imbalance of domestic labor, the gender pay gap, and importantly, the mental health burden of sexual harassment.
