Even though she achieved amazing results her health journey also had consequences and she started becoming obsessed with 'dieting' which impacted her anxiety. She started focusing on a new way to be healthy, live her best life but still achieve her health goals and is the happiest she has ever been. We discuss how important it is to step out of your comfort zone, even when you feel like you can't. She talks about her time in a toxic relationship and the effect that had on her own mental health and how she got through that.
