When creating your program or working with a coach you have to think through what are your goals and what are the exercises that will help you get there. We have to avoid assigning morality to exercises and instead think about if our body is able to do that exercise. Does it help us reach the goal that we have in mind. Cory talks through a couple of example exercises that he originally assigned morality too. Our bodies and what we require of them won't always look like what others are doing or needing.
