He's now killing it on the global level at RGA and sending out The Boom List highlighting the best and brightest talent of color from around the world. We discussed the current state of D&I and focused on those that should be accountable, how to sustain a great D&I platform and tips on things we can control and develop. This topic has been on my mind for a while. Enjoy.
Just my thoughts on invisibility minus the Henny.
Suzanne Siegel has lived many lives. She's worked in law enforcement, traveled the world sometimes with me, worked in advertising, worked with kids, and even worked for Sean "Puff" "Diddy" Combs. She has also written a book called TINY that teaches us all that even though we're in the "big city" (NYC) it's really really made up of a lot of tiny special things and people which you can find wherever books are sold. We gave no toasts to Aunty Becky a couples time too on this two-part episode so enjoy. You can follow her on Twitter @suzannesiegel and Instagram @tinynewyork For all inquiries, I can be reached @kenithacker on all social channels.

I've had the pleasure of knowing Andy for the past 13 years. He is one of the most down to earth people I know in this business and on this episode he shares with us his experiences in the ad industry only the way he knows how. Straight up with no chaser. We talked about diversity, we talked about the corporate structure in advertising and how it benefits certain people, and his recent short film that will be available for the world to enjoy very soon. There is no reason to be ashamed or having those feelings but there ways to bring yourself out of that dark place. If you ever feel that way please reach out to the good people at the American Foundation for Suicide Prevent https://afsp.org If you’re depressed, please speak to someone you know you respect and respects you about back or even a therapist.
