Hey LCB family! Grab your tissues, your probably going to need them. During this episode I will discuss why there have not been weekly episodes released for our podcast. If you have ever lost a loved one (Parents, Grandparents, siblings, relatives, friends, pets) you probably can relate to how I am currently feeling. I recently and unexpectedly lost my Mom on January 7, 2022. I know everyone has their different ways of grieving. Mine I can say was shutting down from the outside world. My mom was my #1 fan, best friend and the only person I could talk to for hours on end each day. I can say from experience at this point in my life, Depression is real. I have reached out to a therapist in which I am working with to have different strategies for cooping. If you all have ever lost someone you love and would like to share your stories, please send us an email. If you would like me to share the Story on the podcast, leave a note in the email that says "You Can Share". E-Mail us at 1LifesCurveBalls@gmail.com Life sure does throw us curve balls. It is how we handle them that makes us stronger and able to overcome a little easier.
