Are you a Christian woman? Does your family look perfect on your Instagram, but is actually falling apart in real life? Or, maybe you consider yourself a believer, but find yourself confused as to what that means for your everyday life? Messed Up Christ
This week begins our three part series on sin, answering the question, "How to do get there?"
Reshare!!! **While I'm out town, for the next three weeks I will be reposting a series of episodes I published for the first time in July of 2020. This refresh of the three episodes discussing what path we are living on as Christians will lead perfectly into a series I've been working on behind the scenes that will have us discussing what to do when we find ourselves living in a sinful place, and who to follow for Christian leadership as we work to get ourselves out of this place and on the path to becoming more like Christ. This week we will be revisting Matthew Chapter 7.

This week we are looking at Matthew, chapter seven, verses thirtheen through twenty-seven. In your journey toward becoming closer to Christ, are you on the right path?
This week, I am sharing a few takeways from my week after limiting electronics in my househould.
In today's episode, we will look at a few verses in Psalms that remind us that God should be our Person of Refuge, our Place of Refuge and our Spirit of Refuge.
Today we will be answering a few questions about why God still has us here by looking at the conversion of Saul. References are made to the Late Pastor Steven Armstrong, and his sermon, Why You're Still Here.
Why are you still here? Why has God decided that you need to be exactly where you are, in the relationships that you are in, at this very moment in time? Join us for this discussion in our 2nd Sunday episode, "What part do I play in God's plan, and why am I still here?"
Isaiah 43:7 says God made us for his glory. Today, as we navigate how we see our value, and how it creates our self-worth identity, we learn that if we walk in the ways He meant for us to, as helpers and women in Christ living to bring him glory, we will have a positive outlook on our self-worth.
Value. Self-worth. What do these words mean to us as women? Where does Jesus enter the conversation? Tune in tomorrow for our 4th Sunday episode.
Galatians 5:25 says, "If we live in the Spirit, let us also walk in the Spirit." Today we are discussing anger, how to find it's root cause and how we can tie that together with the fruits of God's Spirit.
Tune in tomorrow for our 2nd Sunday episode as we discuss managing our anger in a christ-like way.
David says, "I lift my hands to you in prayer, I thirst for you as parched land thirsts for rain." Just like me, I encourage each of you to humbly cry out to God this year, not only in times of distress, but in times of happiness and surplus.

We all know the verse, “Be Still, and Know that I am God.” Many of us quote it, write it in beautiful print and share it with others, and post it on social media. But do we live it? Do we understand that peace is nonexistent in this world, and that we can only get it from Jesus? --- Support this podcast: https://anchor.fm/marlena-rice/support

When I was pregnant, my once AMAZING memory became horrible. I forgot the simplest of things! Many of you have heard of "pregnancy brain," and just like me, will argue down anyone who tries to say that it does not exist. You know what? Christians have a similar forgetfulness, and during crazy times like this election season we are in, we panic, we stress, we become overly political and sometimes we fall into culture, hook line and sinker, forgetting who we truly belong to. Yes, we're citizens of this United States, but we're also citizens of another very special place too! --- Support this podcast: https://anchor.fm/marlena-rice/support
