Join me as I begin my journey of becoming more aware on how much my Mindset is affecting my daily life and how I plan to change it. At 46 years old, I have heard, read and been coached up on so many things when it comes to mindset but there have been very few examples that have really stuck with me and allowed me to believe in it 100%. Fortunately, I recently came across the Mindset Mentor podcast with Rob Dial and he has put me on a new path of belief that I can and will make significant changes when it comes to my personal Mindset. I have a lot of negative programs to overcome but with Rob's help and a strong dedication to hit new goals in my life, I am ready for the challenge. With this podcast, I will be taking the steps to spend time implementing the things that I am taught and make sure to discuss them out loud to train my brain into action. I'm excited for this journey and hope that I can inspire anyone else who might be listening.
