Box Breathing, also known as tactical breathing is a very powerful practice for nervous system regulation, stress and anxiety management, and cultivating a sense of safety within. When you control your breathing, you control your physical stress responses which in turn controls your emotional responses. This is a gradual practice to help you gently expand your capacity to deepen your breath, and deepen your relaxation state. This practice is followed by a 20 minute Sound Bowl healing, also known as a sound bath. The vibrations from the sound bath helps clear energy blockages from energy centers in the body.
